1. Organic Cotton Light Filtering Liner
A soft light filtering liner made from organic cotton. This option gently filters natural daylight, adds privacy and gives the Roman shade a fuller and more finished look. Best for living rooms, kitchens, nurseries, dining rooms and spaces where you want soft daylight with privacy.

2. 100% Blackout OEKO-TEX Certified Polycotton Liner
A non-toxic OEKO-TEX certified blackout liner made from 50% cotton and 50% polyester. This liner blocks light through the fabric and is ideal for bedrooms, nurseries, media rooms, nap rooms and any space where darkness and extra privacy are preferred. Please note that with inside mount shades, a small amount of light may still appear around the edges depending on the window frame and installation gap.

HOW TO MEASURE FOR INSIDE RECESS MOUNT

Inside recess mount means the Roman shade fits inside the window frame or recess.

Step 1: Measure the inside width of your window recess at the top, middle and bottom.
Step 2: Use the smallest width measurement.
Step 3: Measure the inside height/drop of your window recess from the top inside edge to the sill at the left, center and right.
Step 4: Use the smallest height measurement.
Step 5: Write the exact inside recess width and height in the order details email.
Step 6: Mention “inside recess mount” clearly.

Please measure carefully using a metal measuring tape. Do not guess the size from an old blind. We will make the Roman shade according to the measurements you provide.

HOW TO MEASURE FOR OUTSIDE RECESS MOUNT

Outside recess mount means the Roman shade is fitted outside the window frame, covering the window opening and some wall area around it.

Step 1: Measure the width of the area you want the Roman shade to cover.
Step 2: For better privacy and light coverage, we recommend adding extra width on both sides of the window. A common choice is 2 to 4 inches, approx. 5 to 10 cm, on each side.
Step 3: Measure the height from where you want the shade to start above the window to where you want it to finish.
Step 4: For a neater look and better light coverage, you can start the shade 4 to 6 inches, approx. 10 to 15 cm, above the window frame if space allows.
Step 5: Write the exact finished width and finished height in the order details email.
Step 6: Mention “outside recess mount” clearly.

For outside mount, the size you provide will be treated as the finished Roman shade size.
