2. 100% Blackout OEKO-TEX Certified Polycotton Liner

This is a non-toxic OEKO-TEX certified blackout liner made from 50% cotton and 50% polyester. It blocks light completely through the fabric and is ideal for bedrooms, nurseries, kids’ rooms, media rooms and spaces where you need stronger room darkening.

Please note: the blackout liner blocks light through the fabric itself. Small light gaps may still appear around the edges depending on the mounting style, window shape and installation.

MEASURING FOR INSIDE RECESS MOUNT

Choose inside recess mount if you want the Roman shade to sit inside the window frame.

Step 1:
Measure the inside width of your window recess in three places: top, middle and bottom.

Step 2:
Use the smallest width measurement.

Step 3:
Measure the inside height/drop from the top of the recess to the sill.

Step 4:
Enter the exact inside recess measurements in the order details email. We will make the required small adjustment for a proper fit.

Inside recess gives a neat, fitted and built-in look, with the hardware sitting more discreetly inside the window area.

MEASURING FOR OUTSIDE RECESS MOUNT

Choose outside recess mount if you want the Roman shade to sit outside the window frame and cover the window opening.

Step 1:
Measure the full width you want the shade to cover.

Step 2:
For better privacy and reduced side light gaps, we recommend adding extra width beyond the window opening where possible.

Step 3:
Measure from the point where you want the shade to start down to where you want it to end.

Step 4:
Enter the final exact shade size required in the order details email.

Outside recess is a good choice if your window recess is shallow, uneven, or if you want the blind to cover the frame for a fuller look.

IMPORTANT NOTES

This is a corded Roman blind, not cordless.

Each Roman shade is custom made to order.

The base fabric is pure white linen with warm beige embroidery.

Slight colour variation may occur due to screen settings, room lighting and fabric batch differences.

Natural linen may have small slubs and texture variations, which are part of the beauty of pure linen fabric.

For wider shades, fabric joins may be required depending on the final width and fabric roll width. Any seam will be made as neatly and discreetly as possible.

The embroidered pattern placement may vary slightly from shade to shade because each piece is cut and made individually.
