Hand block printing is an artisanal process where each motif is stamped by hand using carved wooden blocks. Because it’s handmade, you may notice slight variations in print placement, tiny irregularities, or light smudges. These subtle imperfections are not flaws—they are the beauty and authenticity of true hand block printed textiles.

• Unlined curtains have a semi-sheer, breathable feel (privacy is “soft privacy” in daylight and more see-through at night with lights on).

Important: 80 inch (203.2 cm) wide curtains are made by joining two 40 inch (101.6 cm) panels. This creates a vertical seam in the middle. The seam is neatly finished and is usually barely visible once the curtains are hung in natural folds.

Notes on lining and color appearance
• Adding the cotton liner or blackout liner will make the white base look more opaque and the print look slightly more solid/defined (less light passing through).
• Blackout liner is pure white and sits behind the printed fabric; it is designed for complete darkness and privacy.

Care instructions
• Dry clean recommended for best longevity.
• Gentle cold wash separately is possible (mild detergent, no bleach, do not soak).
• Line dry in shade.
• Warm iron on the reverse side.

Each set is made to order with care, with pattern placement kept as balanced as possible. Because the fabric is hand printed, motif placement may vary slightly from panel to panel—this is part of the handmade character.
