Rust Brown Geometric Linen Cotton Curtains, Teal Orange Mid Century Boho Drapes, Custom Blackout Window Panels
Transform your windows with these rust brown geometric linen cotton curtains, featuring a bold retro abstract print in teal, turquoise, burnt orange, ochre, olive green and magenta. Made from thick and heavy printed linen-cotton fabric, these custom window panels combine substantial texture, rich color and an artistic mid-century boho character suitable for living rooms, bedrooms, dining rooms, home offices and creative interiors.
The fabric has a deep reddish-brown and warm rust-toned background covered with large, repeating geometric starburst and pinwheel-style motifs. Each multicolored motif is formed from angular sections of turquoise teal, burnt orange, warm ochre, olive green and muted magenta. Fine cream-colored linear markings, abstract leaf details and hand-drawn-style outlines create the appearance of a modern patchwork or artisan illustration.
The combination of structured geometric shapes and deliberately irregular linework gives the design a distinctive retro-modern appearance. It works particularly well with mid-century modern, eclectic, bohemian, maximalist, contemporary, global-inspired and vintage-style interiors.
These are not lightweight mass-produced curtains. They are individually made to order from thick, heavyweight linen-cotton curtain fabric weighing approximately 294 GSM. This weight has been converted from 403 grams per linear metre based on the fabric’s 54-inch width.
The natural woven surface gives the curtains visible texture and depth while allowing the printed colors and abstract pattern to remain the focal point of the room. The warm rust brown background helps the brighter teal, orange, olive and magenta sections feel grounded rather than overly bright.
SINGLE CURTAIN OR PAIR
The curtains may be ordered as:
• One individual curtain panel
• A pair or set of two matching curtain panels
Please check the selected quantity carefully before placing your order.
All listed dimensions refer to the finished size of each individual curtain. When ordering a pair, you will receive two curtains in the selected width and height.
For example:
• A pair of 50-inch-wide curtains includes two curtains measuring 50 inches wide each
• The combined flat width of the pair will be 100 inches
AVAILABLE WIDTHS
Each curtain is available in the following standard widths:
• 50 inches wide — approximately 127 cm
• 100 inches wide — approximately 254 cm
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR 100-INCH-WIDE CURTAINS
The printed fabric is woven approximately 54 inches wide. A finished curtain measuring 100 inches wide will therefore be constructed by carefully joining two approximately 50-inch fabric sections.
A vertical joining seam will be present near the middle of each 100-inch-wide curtain. The seam is professionally finished and is generally barely noticeable once the curtains are installed, gathered and arranged into natural folds.
The print will be aligned as carefully as the fabric repeat allows. However, because this is a large-scale abstract geometric design, exact motif matching across the seam may not always be possible.
AVAILABLE HEIGHTS
Standard finished curtain heights are available from 36 inches to 180 inches in 12-inch increments:
• 36 inches — approximately 91 cm
• 48 inches — approximately 122 cm
• 60 inches — approximately 152 cm
• 72 inches — approximately 183 cm
• 84 inches — approximately 213 cm
• 96 inches — approximately 244 cm
• 108 inches — approximately 274 cm
• 120 inches — approximately 305 cm
• 132 inches — approximately 335 cm
• 144 inches — approximately 366 cm
• 156 inches — approximately 396 cm
• 168 inches — approximately 427 cm
• 180 inches — approximately 457 cm
CUSTOM-SIZE CURTAINS
Made-to-measure curtains can be produced for windows that do not match the standard size options.
To order a custom size:
1. Measure the exact finished width and height required for each curtain.
2. Select the next available standard size that is larger than your required measurements.
3. Enter your exact finished measurements in the order details email.
4. Mention whether you require one curtain or a pair.
5. Include your preferred heading style.
6. Include your preferred lining option.
For example, when you require a curtain measuring 46 inches wide by 89 inches high, select the 50-inch width and 96-inch height option, then enter the exact required size of 46 inches wide by 89 inches high in the order details email.
Please provide measurements as the finished size of each individual curtain rather than the overall window measurement.
FOUR HEADING STYLES
Choose from the following curtain heading options:
HOOKS TOP
Hooks top curtains are made with curtain heading tape and are suitable for both curtain tracks and curtain rods.
For a rod installation, the curtains can be attached to rings fitted with curtain hooks. For a track installation, the hooks can be connected directly to compatible track gliders.
This heading creates neat, adjustable gathers and is a practical option for ceiling tracks, wall-mounted tracks and traditional curtain rods with rings.
BACK TABS
Fabric tabs are sewn discreetly onto the back of the curtain heading. The curtain rod passes through these hidden tabs, creating soft, structured folds while keeping the attachment system out of view.
Back tabs are suitable for curtain rods but are not designed for curtain tracks.
ROD POCKET
A fabric channel is created across the upper edge of the curtain. The curtain rod slides directly through this pocket.
Rod pocket curtains offer a simple gathered appearance and are suitable for standard curtain rods.
GROMMETS
Metal eyelets are fitted across the upper edge of the curtain, allowing the curtain rod to pass directly through the openings.
Grommet curtains create evenly spaced folds and are suitable for curtain rods. They are not compatible with standard curtain tracks.
Please enter your selected heading style in the order details email. If no heading style is provided, we may need to contact you before production can begin.
THREE LINING OPTIONS
UNLINED
The unlined option preserves the natural movement, woven texture and filtered-light quality of the linen-cotton fabric.
Although the fabric is thick and substantial, an unlined curtain may appear semi-sheer when strong daylight is directly behind it. It offers daytime privacy and gently softens incoming sunlight without making the room completely dark.
The colors may appear slightly brighter when sunlight passes through the fabric.
ORGANIC COTTON LIGHT-FILTERING LINER
The organic cotton liner adds weight, body and additional privacy while still allowing softened natural light to enter the room.
This option makes the curtain substantially more opaque than the unlined version. It is suitable for living rooms, dining rooms, kitchens, home offices and bedrooms where privacy is required without creating complete darkness.
The cotton lining also gives the curtains a fuller and more structured drape.
100% BLACKOUT OEKO-TEX CERTIFIED LINER
The blackout option includes a non-toxic OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified polycotton liner made from 50% cotton and 50% polyester.
This liner is designed to block incoming light completely when the curtain adequately covers the window. It is recommended for bedrooms, nurseries, media rooms, shift workers and other spaces where maximum darkness and privacy are required.
For the best blackout performance, the curtains should extend beyond the edges of the window and should be ordered with enough total width to close without gaps.
Please enter one of the following choices in the order details email:
• Unlined
• Organic cotton light-filtering liner
• 100% blackout OEKO-TEX liner
HOW TO SELECT THE CORRECT CURTAIN WIDTH
The selected width is the flat finished width of each curtain before gathering.
For a naturally gathered and full appearance, the combined curtain width should generally be approximately 1.5 to 2 times the width of the rod or track.
Example:
For a curtain rod measuring 80 inches wide, a pair of 50-inch-wide curtains provides a combined flat width of 100 inches.
For a denser and more luxurious gathered appearance, a wider pair may be selected or custom dimensions may be requested.
Please also allow additional width when the curtains need to overlap in the center or extend beyond the window frame.
HOW TO MEASURE THE CURTAIN HEIGHT
Measure from the point where the curtain will begin to the position where you want the finished hem to end.
Possible finished lengths include:
• Window-sill length
• Below-sill length
• Floor length
• Slightly above the floor
• Lightly touching the floor
• Puddled on the floor
The measurement method may vary according to the selected heading.
For hooks top curtains, measure from the intended hook or track position.
For back tabs, rod pockets and grommets, consider the position of the curtain rod and how the heading will sit around or below it.
Please provide the exact finished curtain height you require rather than only supplying the window opening height.
CAFÉ CURTAINS AND SHORT KITCHEN CURTAINS
This fabric can also be made into custom café curtains, short kitchen curtains, bathroom curtains, tier curtains or lower-half window panels.
The bold rust brown, teal and orange geometric pattern makes an expressive café curtain for breakfast areas, kitchens, pantry windows, studio windows and compact spaces.
For café curtains, select the next larger available size and provide the exact finished width and height required in the order details email.

PAIRING THE CURTAINS WITH YOUR INTERIOR
The rust and reddish-brown background pairs naturally with walnut, teak, oak and dark-stained wooden furniture.
The turquoise and teal sections work well with blue-green upholstery, decorative glass and painted accent furniture. Burnt orange and ochre accents can be repeated through cushions, rugs, ceramics or artwork. Olive green sections coordinate with indoor plants and muted green furnishings, while the magenta details introduce a smaller contrasting accent.
For a calmer room, combine the curtains with plain cream walls, natural wood, neutral upholstery and simple flooring. For a more expressive interior, coordinate them with colorful vintage furniture, patterned rugs and bold artwork.
PATTERN PLACEMENT
Because every curtain is individually cut from a continuous patterned fabric, the position of the geometric motifs may vary from one finished curtain to another.
When a pair is ordered, the panels will be coordinated as closely as the fabric repeat and required dimensions allow. Exact mirror-image pattern placement is not guaranteed.
Minor variations in the woven texture, printed linework and pattern placement are normal characteristics of this textile and contribute to its distinctive appearance.
COLOR INFORMATION
The main fabric color is a deep rust brown or reddish chocolate brown.
The printed design includes:
• Turquoise teal
• Blue-green aqua
• Burnt orange
• Warm ochre
• Olive green
• Muted magenta
• Cream linear detailing
Colors may appear slightly different depending on room lighting, screen brightness, monitor settings and the lining selected. Unlined curtains can look brighter when daylight passes through them, while lined curtains may appear deeper and more opaque.
