This option is perfect if you want additional privacy and a more substantial drape while still allowing a soft glow of natural light into the room. It also helps make the curtains more opaque than the unlined version.

3. 100% blackout OEKO-TEX certified liner
This option is ideal for bedrooms, nurseries, media rooms, and any space where you want maximum privacy and complete darkness through the fabric. The blackout liner is a non-toxic OEKO-TEX certified polycotton liner made with 50% cotton and 50% polyester content. It blocks the light completely through the curtain panel.

Important note about 100 inch wide curtains:
The 100 inch wide curtains will be made by joining two 50 inch wide panels together. There will be a seam in the middle. This seam is neatly finished and becomes barely visible once the curtains are installed and hanging naturally.

For a fuller and more luxurious curtain look, we generally recommend ordering a total curtain width that is about 1.5 to 2 times the width of the window or rod area you want to cover.

For example:

* For a window area around 50 inches wide, a total curtain width of 75 to 100 inches usually gives a fuller look.
* For a pair of curtains, this total width is split across 2 panels.
