2. 100% Blackout OEKO-TEX Certified Non-Toxic Polycotton Liner Made from 50% cotton and 50% polyester, this liner blocks light completely through the fabric and is ideal for bedrooms, nurseries and any room where maximum darkness and privacy are needed.

Measuring Instructions:
For Inside Recess Mount: Choose this if you want the Roman blind fitted within the window recess.
1. Measure the inside width of the recess at the top, middle and bottom.
2. Use the smallest of these width measurements.
3. Measure the inside height from the top of the recess down to the window sill or to where you want the blind to end.
4. Enter these exact measurements in the order details email.
5. Please ensure your recess has enough depth for the blind hardware.
For Outside Recess Mount: Choose this if you want the Roman blind to hang outside and cover the window frame.
1. Measure the width of the area you would like the blind to cover.
2. For better coverage and privacy, you may wish to add extra width on each side of the window.
3. Measure the drop from where you want the blind to start to where you want it to finish.
4. Enter the exact finished width and height in the order details email.
