You can choose between two premium lining options:

1. Organic Cotton Light Filtering Liner

This liner gently filters natural daylight while adding privacy and a fuller finished look to the Roman shade. It is ideal for living rooms, kitchens, dining rooms, home offices and spaces where you want soft natural light with added privacy.

2. 100% Blackout OEKO-TEX Certified Polycotton Liner

This is a non-toxic OEKO-TEX certified blackout liner made from 50% cotton and 50% polyester. It blocks light through the fabric and is ideal for bedrooms, nurseries, nap rooms, media rooms and any room where darkness, privacy and room darkening are preferred.

Please note: with inside mount Roman shades, a small amount of light may still appear around the side edges depending on the window frame, wall alignment and installation gap.

Please mention clearly whether you need inside recess mount or outside recess mount. Different clamps are used for fitting within the recess and outside the recess.

HOW TO MEASURE FOR INSIDE RECESS MOUNT

Inside recess mount means the Roman shade fits inside the window frame or window recess.

Step 1: Measure the inside width of your window recess at the top, middle and bottom.

Step 2: Use the smallest width measurement.

Step 3: Measure the inside height / drop from the top inside edge of the recess to the sill at the left, center and right.

Step 4: Use the smallest height measurement.

Step 5: Write the exact inside recess width and height in the order details email.

Step 6: Mention “inside recess mount” clearly.

Please use a metal measuring tape for accuracy. Do not estimate from an old blind unless you are completely sure the size is correct.

HOW TO MEASURE FOR OUTSIDE RECESS MOUNT

Outside recess mount means the Roman shade is fitted outside the window frame and covers the window opening along with some extra wall area around it.

Step 1: Measure the full width you want the Roman shade to cover.

Step 2: For better privacy and light coverage, we recommend adding 2 to 4 inches, approx. 5 to 10 cm, on each side of the window if space allows.

Step 3: Measure the height from where you want the shade to start above the window to where you want it to finish.

Step 4: For a neater look and better coverage, you can start the shade 4 to 6 inches, approx. 10 to 15 cm, above the window frame if space allows.

Step 5: Write the exact finished width and finished height in the order details email.

Step 6: Mention “outside recess mount” clearly.

For outside mount, the measurements you provide will be treated as the finished Roman shade size.
