FABRIC WEIGHT

The supplied fabric specification is 403 grams per linear metre at a fabric width of 54 inches/137.2 cm. This converts to approximately 294 grams per square metre, or 294 GSM.

QUANTITY OPTIONS

These curtains may be purchased as:

• One single curtain panel/piece
• One pair or set of two curtain panels/pieces

All listed width and length measurements refer to each individual curtain, not the combined measurement of a pair.

For example, if you order a pair of 50-inch-wide curtains, you will receive two curtains measuring 50 inches wide each.

LINING OPTIONS

Choose one of the following three finishes and enter your selection in the order details email:

1. UNLINED

The unlined pure linen curtain softly filters daylight while retaining the natural texture and relaxed drape of the fabric. It provides semi-sheer daytime privacy, but silhouettes or interior details may be visible from outside at night when the room lights are on.

2. ORGANIC COTTON LIGHT-FILTERING LINER

The organic cotton liner provides additional body and privacy, making the curtain completely opaque while still allowing softly diffused natural light into the room. This option is suitable when you want greater privacy without making the nursery or children’s room completely dark.

Please note that the organic cotton liner is light-filtering and is not a blackout liner.

3. 100% BLACKOUT LINER

Choose the OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100-certified polycotton blackout liner when complete darkness is required for naps, bedtime or rooms receiving strong sunlight. This liner blocks light from passing through the covered curtain fabric.

As with any blackout curtain, a small amount of light may enter around the sides, top or bottom depending on the curtain heading, hardware placement and distance between the curtain and wall.

Widths are measured per individual curtain:

• 50 inches / 127 cm wide
• 100 inches / 254 cm wide

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR 100-INCH-WIDE CURTAINS

Each 100-inch-wide curtain is made by joining two 50-inch fabric widths. This creates one vertical joining seam near the middle of the curtain. The seam is carefully finished and is barely visible once the curtain is gathered and installed, but it will be present.

If you order a pair of 100-inch-wide curtains, each individual curtain will contain its own center joining seam.

If your required measurement is not listed, select the next larger available size that covers your required dimensions. Then enter the exact finished width and length needed for each individual curtain in the order details email.

Please do not select a listed size smaller than your required custom measurement.

Example: If you require a finished length of 90 inches, select the 96-inch option and enter “Finished length required: 90 inches” in the order details email.

Custom short cafe curtains can also be made from this embroidered linen. Select the next larger listed size and provide the exact finished cafe-curtain width and length in the order details email.

HEADING STYLES

Choose one of four curtain heading styles:

• Hooks Top – Suitable for both curtain rods and curtain tracks
• Back Tabs – Concealed tabs positioned behind the curtain create a clean, softly gathered appearance
• Rod Pocket – The curtain rod slides directly through the sewn pocket
• Grommets – Metal eyelets create even folds and allow the curtain to slide easily along a rod

COLOR AND HANDCRAFTED CHARACTER

This fabric has a natural oatmeal-beige ground with visible linen texture. The embroidered rainbows combine dusty navy, denim blue, coral, terracotta, vivid pink, magenta, pale aqua and soft yellow. Raised white cloud embroidery adds a fluffy, dimensional finish.

Colors can appear slightly different depending on room lighting, photography and individual screen settings. Natural variations in the weave are part of linen’s character and should not be considered defects.
