Measure for your curtains

Enter your width and height together, then apply your measurements.

Size-dropdown widths are flat fabric widths per curtain.

A gathered curtain covers less space than its flat fabric width. Choose fullness below; Grommet/Eyelet and Pinch pleats always need 2× your coverage width.

This selection also updates Heading style on the product page.

Choose your fullness

Multiply the rod / track coverage by your fullness, then divide by the number of curtains.

Photorealistic fullness examples; actual folds vary with fabric and heading.

Measure the usable span of your installed rod or track, from one end of the curtain coverage to the other. Exclude decorative finials.

A pair contains two curtains. The flat fabric width you order is per curtain, not the combined pair. Choosing a curtain count here updates Panel quantity on the product page.

Enter the full measured drop. For Hooks top only, we subtract 1 in (2.54 cm) because the curtain hangs slightly below the rod. Do not deduct it yourself.

Finished curtain height to orderEnter the height you measured above.

Apply your measurements

We select the exact available flat-width × finished-height size, or the closest larger size fitting both dimensions. For a larger size, your exact request is added to Custom sizes / requirements, preserving your own notes. Your curtain-count choice also updates Panel quantity on the product page.

Review your heading and fullness before applying. This updates your selected size but does not add anything to your cart.

Measure the space your curtains will cover

Measure the usable span of your installed rod or track, from one end of the curtain coverage to the other. Exclude decorative finials.

Measure the usable rod or track span—not the window glass or decorative finials.

Example: a 100 in (254 cm) rod, two curtains and 2× fullness need 100 in (254 cm) flat width per curtain.

Flat fabric width before gathering or pleating—not the hanging coverage.

Measure from the top of the rod to your chosen bottom

Measure straight down from the top of your installed curtain rod to where you want the curtains to end. For a track, use the top of the installed track.

Start at the top of the rod or track. Stop at your chosen bottom.

Mustard Gold Pure Linen Jacquard Curtains, Ivory Geometric Art Deco Drapes, Custom Blackout Option

MUSTARD GOLD PURE LINEN JACQUARD CURTAINS WITH AN IVORY ART DECO GEOMETRIC PATTERN

Add warmth, architectural pattern and luxurious woven texture to your windows with these custom-made mustard gold pure linen jacquard curtains.

The substantial linen fabric has a sophisticated muted mustard-gold background with antique-gold, warm ochre, wheat-beige and soft honey undertones. Woven across the surface is a large-scale pearl ivory and softly silver-white geometric jacquard pattern inspired by Art Deco architecture and classic interlocking chain motifs.

The design combines oversized elongated octagons, linked geometric medallions and broad angular trellis lines. The lighter woven yarn is slightly raised from the linen ground, allowing the pattern to catch the light and create a dimensional pearl-like finish.

Depending on the lighting and viewing angle, the background may appear mustard gold, antique gold, golden beige, muted ochre or warm camel. The woven motif may appear pearl ivory, cream-white, pale champagne or softly silver.

These curtains are ideal for buyers looking for mustard curtains, gold linen curtains, geometric curtains, Art Deco drapes, custom-size window treatments, extra-long curtains or optional blackout curtain panels.

Each curtain is individually made to order and may be purchased as one single panel or as a pair/set of two matching panels.

COLOUR AND PATTERN

Background colour:

A muted mustard gold with antique-gold, honey, ochre, wheat and warm beige undertones.

Pattern colour:

Pearl ivory, soft cream-white and lightly silver-toned woven yarn.

Pattern style:

A large-scale geometric jacquard trellis made from oversized interlocking octagonal links, elongated chain medallions and structured angular lines.

The design is woven directly into the fabric rather than printed onto the surface. This creates depth, texture and subtle variation as the curtain moves and folds.

From a distance, the pattern forms a bold architectural lattice. When viewed closely, the raised threads, woven detailing and natural texture of the linen become more noticeable.

The pearl ivory sections may reflect more light than the mustard-gold background. As a result, the motif can appear brighter in direct daylight and more softly champagne-toned in lower or warmer interior lighting.

Please bear in mind that fabric colours can appear slightly different depending on:

• Natural daylight
• Artificial room lighting
• The direction from which the fabric is viewed
• Surrounding wall and furniture colours
• Screen brightness and calibration
• Photography and camera settings

We recommend considering these natural variations when coordinating the curtains with an exact paint, wallpaper or upholstery colour.

PURE LINEN JACQUARD FABRIC

These curtains are made from thick and heavy pure linen jacquard fabric.

Unlike a surface-printed material, jacquard fabric is produced by weaving the pattern into the construction of the textile itself. This provides a more dimensional appearance and gives the light-coloured geometric design a gently raised texture.

The substantial fabric produces a rich drape and works particularly well when ordered with generous fullness.

The mustard-gold linen ground provides warmth, while the ivory geometric motif adds definition and brightness. This combination allows the curtains to function as a statement window treatment without appearing excessively colourful or ornate.

FABRIC WEIGHT

The supplied fabric weight is 403 grams per linear metre at a width of 54 inches.

A width of 54 inches equals approximately 1.3716 metres.

The approximate GSM calculation is:

403 grams ÷ 1.3716 square metres = approximately 294 grams per square metre

The fabric therefore weighs approximately 294 GSM.

This substantial weight gives the curtains body and structure while retaining the natural character and movement of linen.

Natural linen may contain occasional slubs, small yarn variations, subtle thick-and-thin areas and minor irregularities. These are normal characteristics of genuine linen fibres and should not be considered manufacturing defects.

SINGLE PANEL OR PAIR

The curtains can be ordered as:

• One single curtain panel
• A pair or set of two matching curtain panels

Please check the quantity selected before placing the order.

Selecting “Single Panel” provides one curtain in the chosen width and height.

Selecting “Pair” or “Set of 2” provides two individual curtains, with each curtain made in the chosen width and height.

The width shown in the variation menu refers to the flat finished width of each individual panel before it is gathered onto the rod or track.

Examples:

• One 50-inch-wide panel provides 50 inches of flat curtain width
• A pair of 50-inch-wide panels provides 100 inches of combined flat width
• One 100-inch-wide panel provides 100 inches of flat curtain width
• A pair of 100-inch-wide panels provides 200 inches of combined flat width

Please remember that a curtain occupies less horizontal space after it has been gathered into folds.

AVAILABLE WIDTHS

The standard finished-width options are:

• 50 inches wide / approximately 127 cm per panel
• 100 inches wide / approximately 254 cm per panel

The width selected is the flat finished width of each individual curtain panel before gathering.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT 100-INCH-WIDE PANELS

Every 100-inch-wide curtain panel will be made by joining two approximately 50-inch-wide fabric sections.

There will therefore be one carefully sewn vertical joining seam near the middle of every 100-inch-wide panel.

The seam is normally barely visible once the curtain has been installed, gathered and arranged into natural folds.

This construction method is necessary because the original jacquard fabric is woven in a limited loom width.

If you purchase one 100-inch-wide panel, that panel will contain one joining seam.

If you purchase a pair of 100-inch-wide panels, each of the two panels will contain its own joining seam.

We will position and align the geometric design as carefully as reasonably possible. However, exact pattern matching at the seam may vary according to the fabric repeat and the finished dimensions ordered.

AVAILABLE HEIGHTS

The standard finished-height options are available from 36 inches to 180 inches in 12-inch increments:

• 36 inches / approximately 91 cm
• 48 inches / approximately 122 cm
• 60 inches / approximately 152 cm
• 72 inches / approximately 183 cm
• 84 inches / approximately 213 cm
• 96 inches / approximately 244 cm
• 108 inches / approximately 274 cm
• 120 inches / approximately 305 cm
• 132 inches / approximately 335 cm
• 144 inches / approximately 366 cm
• 156 inches / approximately 396 cm
• 168 inches / approximately 427 cm
• 180 inches / approximately 457 cm

The longer sizes are suitable for:

• Floor-to-ceiling windows
• High ceilings
• Double-height living rooms
• Two-storey windows
• Loft apartments
• Tall bedroom windows
• Large picture windows
• French doors
• Formal dining rooms
• Oversized custom window treatments

CUSTOM CURTAIN SIZES

Custom widths and custom heights are available.

To order a customised size:

1. Measure the exact finished width and height required for each curtain panel.
2. Select the next available standard width and height larger than your required measurements.
3. Enter the exact finished measurements in the order details email.
4. Clearly state whether your measurements are in inches or centimetres.
5. Enter your required heading style.
6. Enter your required lining option.
7. Mention whether you require a single panel or a pair.
8. Add any other important custom requirements.

For example, if you require each panel to measure 46 inches wide by 90 inches high, select the 50-inch width and 96-inch height.

Enter the following in the order details email:

Finished size required: 46 inches wide × 90 inches high per panel
Quantity: Pair
Heading: Back Tabs
Lining: Organic Cotton Light Filtering

Please select the next available size up rather than the next size down. The option purchased must contain enough fabric to produce the requested finished measurements.

LINING OPTIONS

These pure linen jacquard curtains are available in three lining options:

1. Unlined
2. Organic Cotton Light-Filtering Lined
3. 100% Blackout OEKO-TEX Certified Polycotton Lined

Your chosen lining option must be entered in the order details email when placing the order.

1. UNLINED CURTAINS

The unlined option retains the natural drape, movement and softly filtered appearance of the pure linen jacquard.

When unlined, the curtains are semi-sheer privacy curtains. They allow daylight to pass softly through the fabric while partially obscuring the view through the window.

The exact level of transparency will depend on:

• The strength and direction of the sunlight
• The amount of gathering or fullness
• Whether the curtains are viewed during the day or at night
• The brightness of the room behind them
• Whether indoor lights are switched on
• The distance between the curtains and the window

During daylight hours, the unlined curtains provide a useful degree of privacy while keeping the room bright.

At night, particularly when interior lights are switched on, silhouettes or shadows may be visible from outside. Choose one of the lined options where greater nighttime privacy is required.

The unlined option is suitable for buyers who prefer:

• The natural appearance of pure linen
• Softly filtered daylight
• A lighter finished construction
• Semi-sheer privacy
• Decorative window panels
• Curtains layered with a blind or Roman shade
• A relaxed natural drape

2. ORGANIC COTTON LIGHT-FILTERING LINER

The organic cotton light-filtering liner adds privacy, opacity, body and structure while still allowing softly diffused natural light into the room.

Adding the cotton lining makes the finished curtain opaque under normal use, preventing the main jacquard fabric from appearing semi-sheer.

This option is suitable for living rooms, dining rooms, home offices, nurseries, guest rooms and bedrooms where privacy is required but complete darkness is not essential.

The organic cotton lining:

• Provides increased daytime and nighttime privacy
• Makes the completed curtain opaque
• Softens and diffuses incoming daylight
• Adds body and structure
• Supports the substantial jacquard fabric
• Creates fuller and more defined folds
• Reduces the visibility of shadows from outside
• Maintains a softly illuminated room

Please note that the organic cotton lining is light filtering rather than blackout. Daylight will still pass through the completed curtain, although it will be softened considerably.

Choose this lining when you want privacy and complete visual opacity without making the room completely dark.

3. 100% BLACKOUT OEKO-TEX CERTIFIED LINER

The blackout option uses an OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified, non-toxic polycotton blackout lining made from:

• 50% cotton
• 50% polyester

This specialised lining completely blocks light from passing through the body of the curtain and makes the finished panel fully opaque.

The blackout lining is recommended for:

• Bedrooms
• Nurseries
• Children’s rooms
• Guest bedrooms
• Media rooms
• Home cinemas
• Shift workers
• Street-facing windows
• Rooms receiving strong direct sunlight
• Spaces requiring maximum privacy
• Rooms where reduced light is important for sleep

The blackout lining blocks light through the curtain fabric itself.

A small amount of light may still enter around the top, sides, bottom or centre opening depending on the installation, curtain width and amount of overlap. This is light entering around the curtain rather than passing through the blackout-lined fabric.

For the darkest result:

• Order generous curtain fullness
• Extend the rod or track beyond both sides of the window
• Install the rod above the top of the window frame
• Allow the two panels to overlap at the centre
• Select a length that fully covers the window
• Position the curtains close to the wall where practical

AVAILABLE HEADING STYLES

Four heading styles are available:

1. Hooks Top
2. Back Tabs
3. Rod Pocket
4. Grommets

Your chosen heading style must be written in the order details email.

1. HOOKS TOP

The hooks-top heading is compatible with both curtain rods and curtain tracks.

When installing the curtains on a decorative rod, the hooks may be attached to suitable curtain rings.

When installing them on a track, the hooks may be connected to the runners or gliders fitted to the track.

Hooks top is suitable for:

• Curtain tracks
• Rods fitted with rings
• Ceiling-mounted tracks
• Wall-mounted tracks
• Frequently opened curtains
• Traditional interiors
• Contemporary interiors

This is the most versatile heading option for customers who may wish to use either a rod or a track.

2. BACK TABS

Back tabs are fabric loops sewn onto the reverse of the curtain heading.

The curtain rod passes through the concealed tabs, allowing most of the rod to remain hidden when viewed from the front.

Back-tab curtains create:

• Soft and evenly spaced folds
• A clean tailored appearance
• Minimal visible hardware
• A simple modern finish
• A gently structured drape

Back tabs are intended for installation on a curtain rod and are not suitable for direct attachment to a standard curtain track.

3. ROD POCKET

A rod pocket is a sewn fabric channel running across the top of the curtain.

The curtain rod slides directly through the pocket, creating a softly gathered and relaxed appearance.

Rod-pocket curtains are particularly suitable for:

• Decorative curtain rods
• Bedroom curtains
• Living room curtains
• Cafe curtains
• Kitchen windows
• Smaller windows
• Curtains that do not need to be opened frequently

Please ensure that the diameter of your curtain rod is suitable for the rod-pocket opening.

4. GROMMETS

Grommets, also known as eyelets, are rings installed across the top of the curtain.

The curtain rod passes directly through the grommets, creating broad and evenly spaced folds.

Grommet curtains provide:

• A clean contemporary appearance
• Deep wave-like folds
• Easy opening and closing
• Visible decorative hardware
• A modern window-treatment style

Grommet curtains require a curtain rod and cannot be attached directly to a standard curtain track.

Please ensure that your curtain rod diameter is compatible with the grommet opening.

CURTAIN FULLNESS

The selected width is the flat finished width of each panel before gathering.

For an attractive gathered appearance, the combined flat curtain width should normally be wider than the usable width of the curtain rod or track.

As a general guide:

• Approximately 1.5 times fullness creates a relaxed contemporary appearance
• Approximately 2 times fullness creates deeper folds and a fuller, more luxurious appearance

Example for a 50-inch-wide rod:

• One 50-inch panel provides approximately flat coverage with minimal gathering
• A pair of 50-inch panels provides 100 inches of combined width and approximately twice fullness

Example for a 100-inch-wide rod:

• A pair of 100-inch panels provides 200 inches of combined flat width and approximately twice fullness

Greater fullness creates deeper folds and allows the pearl ivory geometric pattern to flow attractively across the curtains.

Lower fullness creates a flatter appearance and displays more complete sections of the large-scale motif.

HOW TO MEASURE THE CURTAIN WIDTH

1. Measure the usable width of the curtain rod or track, excluding decorative finials.
2. Decide whether you prefer approximately 1.5 or 2 times fullness.
3. Multiply the rod or track width by your preferred fullness.
4. Divide the resulting combined width by the number of panels required.

Example:

Usable rod width: 80 inches
Preferred fullness: 2 times
Recommended combined curtain width: approximately 160 inches

A pair of 100-inch-wide panels would provide 200 inches of combined width and create generous fullness.

HOW TO MEASURE THE CURTAIN HEIGHT

Measure from the top of the installed curtain rod or track to where you want the curtains to end. For Hooks top only, subtract 1 in (2.54 cm) once from this measurement because the curtains hang slightly below the rod. Do not deduct or add an allowance for other heading styles.

The correct starting point depends on the selected heading:

• Hooks Top: Measure from the top of the installed curtain rod or track to where you want the curtains to end. For Hooks top only, subtract 1 in (2.54 cm) once from this measurement because the curtains hang slightly below the rod.
• Back Tabs: Measure from the top of the curtain rod
• Rod Pocket: Measure from the top of the curtain rod
• Grommets: Measure from the top of the installed curtain rod or track to where you want the curtains to end. Do not add an allowance above the eyelets.

Possible finished lengths include:

• Window-sill length
• Below-sill length
• Apron length
• Floor length
• Lightly touching the floor
• Slightly puddling on the floor

For floor-length curtains, take measurements at several points because rods and floors may not be perfectly level.

CUSTOM CAFE CURTAINS

These pure linen jacquard panels can also be custom made as cafe curtains, kitchen cafe curtains, half-window curtains or short privacy curtains.

Cafe curtains cover the lower section of a window while leaving the upper portion open for natural daylight.

They are suitable for:

• Kitchen windows
• Breakfast rooms
• Dining areas
• Bathrooms
• Powder rooms
• Utility rooms
• Street-facing windows
• Pantry windows
• French doors
• Small decorative windows
• Lower-half window privacy

The muted mustard-gold background and pearl ivory geometric pattern give the cafe curtains a distinctive but sophisticated appearance.

Custom cafe curtains can be made with:

• Rod Pocket
• Back Tabs
• Hooks Top
• Grommets where suitable for the requested dimensions

They may be ordered:

• Unlined
• Organic cotton light-filtering lined
• Blackout lined

To order cafe curtains, select the next available standard size larger than your required dimensions and enter the exact finished cafe-curtain measurements in the order details email.

Example:

Cafe curtain size required: 42 inches wide × 30 inches high per panel
Quantity: Pair
Heading: Rod Pocket
Lining: Unlined

Please clearly state that the order is for cafe curtains.

PATTERN PLACEMENT

The exact position of the large geometric motif may vary according to:

• Curtain width
• Curtain height
• Fabric repeat
• Heading construction
• Custom measurements
• The point from which the fabric is cut

When making a pair, we will arrange the panels as consistently as reasonably possible. However, exact mirror-image placement cannot always be guaranteed.

The appearance of the pattern will also change after the curtains are gathered. Some geometric shapes will remain visible across the front of the folds, while other sections will move partially into the valleys between the folds.

INTERIOR STYLES

These mustard gold and ivory jacquard curtains complement:

• Art Deco interiors
• Modern luxury decor
• Contemporary homes
• Transitional interiors
• Hollywood Regency styling
• Mid-century inspired rooms
• Warm neutral interiors
• Sophisticated bedrooms
• Formal living rooms
• Elegant dining rooms
• Statement home offices
• High-ceiling homes
• Floor-to-ceiling window installations

• Black curtain rods
