HOW TO MEASURE FOR INSIDE RECESS INSTALLATION
Inside recess means the Roman blind will fit inside the window frame.

1. Measure the inside width of your window recess at the top, middle and bottom.
2. Use the smallest width measurement.
3. Measure the inside height of the recess from top to bottom at the left, middle and right side.
4. Use the longest height measurement.
5. Enter the exact width and height in the order details email.
6. Select the width and length range that includes your measurements.

Inside recess is best for a clean built in look and windows with enough recess depth.

HOW TO MEASURE FOR OUTSIDE RECESS INSTALLATION
Outside recess means the Roman blind will be installed on the wall or window frame outside the window opening.

1. Measure the full window opening width.
2. Add extra width on both sides for better privacy and light coverage. We recommend adding 2–4 inches / 5–10 cm on each side where space allows.
3. Measure from where you want the blind to start above the window to where you want it to finish below the window.
4. Add extra height above the window if you want the folded blind to sit higher when raised.
5. Enter the final exact width and height in the order details email.
6. Select the width and length range that includes your final measurements.

Outside recess is best for better blackout coverage, fuller window coverage and a more statement window look.
