Ivory Taupe Pure Linen Jacquard Curtains, Olive Grey Geometric Trellis Drapes, Custom Extra Long Blackout Panels
IVORY, TAUPE AND OLIVE GREY PURE LINEN JACQUARD CURTAINS WITH A LARGE GEOMETRIC TRELLIS PATTERN
Bring refined neutral colour, substantial woven texture and a distinctive architectural pattern to your windows with these custom-made pure linen jacquard curtains.
This thick and heavy linen fabric features a soft ivory to parchment-coloured ground with an intentionally weathered taupe, stone-beige and pale greige woven effect. A narrow double-line geometric lattice in muted olive grey, khaki and soft moss tones forms an oversized repeating trellis across the fabric.
The pattern is composed of elongated hexagonal and diamond-shaped links joined vertically and horizontally to create a structured geometric network. The slightly irregular distressed texture within the design softens the strong lines, giving the curtains an elegant, lived-in appearance rather than a sharp printed finish.
The combination of creamy ivory, weathered taupe and muted olive grey makes the fabric highly versatile. It can complement warm neutral, contemporary, transitional, modern organic, understated luxury, refined farmhouse and subtly Moroccan-inspired interiors.
Each curtain is individually made to order and can be purchased as one single curtain panel or as a pair/set of two matching panels.
COLOUR AND PATTERN
Main background colour:
A soft natural ivory with parchment, warm off-white and light flax undertones.
Textured secondary colour:
A weathered blend of taupe, stone beige, mushroom, pale greige and softly aged natural linen tones.
Geometric outline colour:
Muted olive grey with subtle khaki, moss and warm grey undertones.
Pattern style:
A large-scale repeating geometric trellis formed from elongated hexagons, linked diamonds and gently tapered vertical shapes.
The pattern has a balanced, symmetrical structure, but the softly mottled woven texture prevents it from appearing overly formal. From a distance, the fabric creates a clean architectural lattice. At closer range, the layered ivory, taupe and olive-grey threads reveal a more organic, distressed finish.
The geometric outline is woven directly into the fabric and has a slightly raised, tactile appearance. The central areas contain an intentionally faded-looking taupe and greige texture, creating depth and movement across the curtains.
Depending on the lighting and viewing angle:
• The base may appear ivory, cream, parchment or pale natural linen
• The distressed areas may appear taupe, greige, mushroom or stone beige
• The geometric outlines may appear olive grey, muted khaki, moss grey or warm grey
• The lighter woven areas may catch the light and appear pearl ivory
Colours can vary slightly according to natural daylight, artificial lighting, surrounding wall colours, screen calibration and photography. The fabric should be viewed as a layered neutral textile rather than a single flat colour.
PURE LINEN JACQUARD FABRIC
These curtains are made from thick and heavy pure linen jacquard fabric.
Jacquard fabric is created by weaving the pattern into the textile itself rather than printing the design onto the finished surface. This gives the geometric lattice visible texture and dimension while allowing the pattern to remain integrated with the natural linen ground.
The woven construction provides:
• A substantial and luxurious drape
• A tactile geometric pattern
• Natural variation across the fabric
• A softly dimensional appearance
• Greater visual depth than a flat printed design
• Beautiful interaction between the fabric and changing light
• A rich, structured appearance when gathered
The weathered effect is part of the woven design and is intended to appear softly distressed and irregular. It is not a printing fault, fading or damage.
FABRIC WEIGHT
The supplied fabric weight is 403 grams per linear metre at a fabric width of 54 inches.
A width of 54 inches is approximately 1.3716 metres.
The approximate conversion is:
403 grams ÷ 1.3716 square metres = approximately 294 grams per square metre
The fabric therefore weighs approximately 294 GSM.
This substantial weight gives the curtains body and structure while retaining the natural movement and tactile character associated with pure linen.
Natural linen may contain occasional slubs, small yarn variations, fine thick-and-thin areas or subtle irregularities. These are characteristic features of genuine linen fibres and should not be considered manufacturing defects.
SINGLE CURTAIN PANEL OR PAIR
These curtains are available as:
• One single curtain panel
• A pair or set of two matching curtain panels
Please check the quantity option carefully before placing your order.
Selecting “Single Panel” provides one curtain in the selected width and height.
Selecting “Pair” or “Set of 2” provides two individual curtains, with each curtain made in the selected width and height.
The selected width refers to the flat finished width of each individual curtain panel before gathering.
Examples:
• One 50-inch-wide panel provides 50 inches of flat curtain width
• A pair of 50-inch-wide panels provides 100 inches of combined flat width
• One 100-inch-wide panel provides 100 inches of flat curtain width
• A pair of 100-inch-wide panels provides 200 inches of combined flat width
Please remember that curtains cover less horizontal space once they are gathered or arranged into folds on the curtain rod or track.
AVAILABLE WIDTHS
The standard finished-width options are:
• 50 inches wide / approximately 127 cm per panel
• 100 inches wide / approximately 254 cm per panel
The selected width is the flat finished width of each individual panel before gathering.
For example, if you select a pair of 50-inch-wide curtains, you will receive two panels measuring 50 inches wide each, giving a total combined flat width of 100 inches.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT 100-INCH-WIDE PANELS
Every 100-inch-wide curtain panel will be made by joining two approximately 50-inch-wide fabric sections.
There will therefore be one carefully sewn vertical joining seam near the middle of each 100-inch-wide curtain panel.
The seam is generally barely visible after the curtain has been:
• Installed on the rod or track
• Gathered to the appropriate fullness
• Arranged into natural folds
• Viewed from a normal distance
This construction method is necessary because the original jacquard fabric is produced in a limited loom width.
If you purchase one 100-inch-wide panel, that panel will contain one joining seam.
If you purchase a pair of 100-inch-wide panels, each individual panel will contain its own joining seam.
We will align the geometric design across the joined sections as carefully as reasonably possible. However, exact pattern matching can vary according to the size of the woven repeat, the selected heading and the finished dimensions ordered.
AVAILABLE HEIGHTS
Standard finished curtain heights are available from 36 inches to 180 inches in 12-inch increments:
• 36 inches / approximately 91 cm
• 48 inches / approximately 122 cm
• 60 inches / approximately 152 cm
• 72 inches / approximately 183 cm
• 84 inches / approximately 213 cm
• 96 inches / approximately 244 cm
• 108 inches / approximately 274 cm
• 120 inches / approximately 305 cm
• 132 inches / approximately 335 cm
• 144 inches / approximately 366 cm
• 156 inches / approximately 396 cm
• 168 inches / approximately 427 cm
• 180 inches / approximately 457 cm
The longer sizes are ideal for:
• Floor-to-ceiling windows
• Extra-tall living room curtains
• High-ceiling bedrooms
• Double-height rooms
• Two-storey windows
• Loft apartments
• Tall picture windows
• French doors
• Formal dining rooms
• Oversized windows
• Custom extra-long drapery

Please select the next available size up rather than the next size down. The selected option must contain enough fabric to make the requested finished measurements.
LINING OPTIONS
These linen jacquard curtains are available in three lining options:
1. Unlined
2. Organic Cotton Light-Filtering Lined
3. 100% Blackout OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Certified Polycotton Lined
Your selected lining option must be entered in the order details email when ordering.
1. UNLINED CURTAINS
The unlined option preserves the natural drape, woven texture and softly filtered character of the pure linen jacquard fabric.
When unlined, these curtains provide semi-sheer privacy. They soften the view through the window while allowing natural daylight to filter through the fabric.
Although the linen jacquard is thick and substantial, some light can pass through it when strongly backlit. The precise level of transparency will depend on:
• The intensity and direction of the sunlight
• The amount of curtain fullness
• Whether the curtains are viewed during the day or at night
• The brightness of the room behind the curtains
• Whether indoor lighting is switched on
• The distance between the curtain and the window
During daylight hours, the unlined curtains provide moderate privacy while maintaining a naturally bright room.
At night, particularly when indoor lights are switched on, silhouettes or shadows may be visible from outside. A lined option is recommended where complete nighttime privacy is required.
Choose the unlined option when you prefer:
• The most natural linen appearance
• Softly filtered daylight
• A lighter finished curtain
• Semi-sheer privacy
• Decorative curtain panels
• Curtains layered with an existing blind or Roman shade
• A relaxed and organic drape
• Maximum visibility of the woven jacquard texture
2. ORGANIC COTTON LIGHT-FILTERING LINER
The organic cotton light-filtering liner provides additional privacy, body and opacity while still allowing softly diffused natural light into the room.
Adding the cotton liner makes the curtain completely opaque under normal use. The main jacquard fabric will no longer appear semi-sheer, and shadows or objects behind the curtain will not be readily visible.
The organic cotton liner also supports the substantial linen fabric and helps the curtains form fuller, more structured folds.
This option is suitable for:
• Living rooms
• Dining rooms
• Bedrooms
• Guest rooms
• Nurseries
• Home offices
• Street-facing windows
• Rooms where privacy is important
• Spaces where natural daylight is still desired
The organic cotton liner:
• Provides greater daytime and nighttime privacy
• Makes the completed curtain opaque
• Softens and diffuses incoming daylight
• Adds body and structure
• Supports the heavy jacquard fabric
• Creates fuller and more defined folds
• Reduces visible shadows from outside
• Maintains a softly illuminated room
Please note that the organic cotton liner is light filtering rather than blackout. Daylight will still pass through the completed curtain, although it will be softened considerably.
Choose this option when you want complete visual opacity and privacy without making the room fully dark.
3. 100% BLACKOUT OEKO-TEX CERTIFIED LINER
The blackout option uses an OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified, non-toxic polycotton blackout liner made from:
• 50% cotton
• 50% polyester
This specialised lining blocks light from passing through the body of the curtain and makes the completed curtain fully opaque.
The blackout lining is recommended for:
• Bedrooms
• Nurseries
• Children’s rooms
• Guest bedrooms
• Media rooms
• Home cinemas
• Shift workers
• Street-facing windows
• Rooms receiving strong sunlight
• Spaces requiring maximum privacy
• Rooms where reduced light is important for sleep
The blackout lining prevents light from passing directly through the curtain fabric.
A small amount of light can still enter around the top, sides, bottom or centre opening depending on the installation, selected curtain width and amount of overlap. This is light entering around the curtains rather than passing through the blackout-lined fabric.
For the darkest possible result:
• Order generous curtain fullness
• Extend the curtain rod or track beyond both sides of the window
• Install the rod or track above the top of the window frame
• Allow the panels to overlap at the centre
• Choose a length that fully covers the window
• Position the curtains close to the wall where practical
• Ensure the panels cover the entire window opening
AVAILABLE HEADING STYLES
Four heading styles are available:
1. Hooks Top
2. Back Tabs
3. Rod Pocket
4. Grommets
Your required heading style must be entered in the order details email when placing the order.
1. HOOKS TOP
The hooks-top heading is compatible with both curtain rods and curtain tracks.
For installation on a curtain rod, the hooks can be attached to suitable curtain rings.
For installation on a track, the hooks can be connected to the runners or gliders fitted to the curtain track.
Hooks top is suitable for:
• Curtain tracks
• Decorative rods fitted with rings
• Ceiling-mounted tracks
• Wall-mounted tracks
• Frequently opened curtains
• Traditional interiors
• Contemporary interiors
• Large and tall windows
This is the most versatile heading option for customers who need compatibility with either a rod-and-ring arrangement or an existing curtain track.
2. BACK TABS
Back tabs are fabric loops sewn onto the reverse of the curtain heading.
The rod passes through the concealed tabs, allowing most of the rod to remain hidden when viewed from the front.
Back-tab curtains create:
• Soft and evenly spaced folds
• A clean tailored appearance
• Minimal visible hardware
• A simple modern finish
• A gently structured drape
Back tabs are designed for installation on a curtain rod and are not suitable for direct attachment to a standard curtain track.
3. ROD POCKET
A rod pocket is a sewn fabric channel running across the top of the curtain.
The curtain rod slides directly through the pocket, creating a softly gathered and relaxed appearance.
Rod-pocket curtains are suitable for:
• Decorative curtain rods
• Living room curtains
• Bedroom curtains
• Smaller windows
• Layered window treatments
• Short curtains
• Custom cafe curtains
• Curtains that do not need to be opened frequently
Please ensure that the diameter of your curtain rod is suitable for the rod-pocket opening.
4. GROMMETS
Grommets, also known as eyelets, are rings fitted across the top of the curtain.
The curtain rod passes directly through the grommets, creating broad and evenly spaced folds.
Grommet curtains provide:
• A clean contemporary appearance
• Deep wave-like folds
• Easy opening and closing
• Visible decorative hardware
• A modern window-treatment style
Grommet curtains require a curtain rod and cannot be attached directly to a standard curtain track.
Please ensure that the rod diameter is compatible with the grommet opening.
CURTAIN FULLNESS
The selected width is the flat finished width of each curtain panel before gathering.
For an attractive gathered appearance, the combined flat width of the curtains should normally be wider than the usable width of the curtain rod or track.
As a general guide:
• Approximately 1.5 times fullness creates a relaxed contemporary appearance
• Approximately 2 times fullness creates deeper folds and a fuller, more luxurious appearance
Example for a 50-inch-wide rod:
• One 50-inch panel provides nearly flat coverage with minimal gathering
• A pair of 50-inch panels provides 100 inches of combined flat width and approximately twice fullness
Example for a 100-inch-wide rod:
• A pair of 100-inch panels provides 200 inches of combined flat width and approximately twice fullness
Greater fullness creates deeper folds and allows the large ivory, taupe and olive-grey geometric pattern to flow attractively across the window.
Lower fullness creates a flatter appearance and displays more complete sections of the elongated trellis design.
HOW TO MEASURE THE CURTAIN WIDTH
1. Measure the usable width of your curtain rod or track, excluding decorative finials.
2. Decide whether you prefer approximately 1.5 or 2 times fullness.
3. Multiply the usable rod or track width by your preferred fullness.
4. Divide the resulting combined width by the number of curtain panels required.
Example:
Usable rod width: 80 inches
Preferred fullness: 2 times
Recommended combined curtain width: approximately 160 inches
A pair of 100-inch-wide panels would provide 200 inches of combined flat width and create generous fullness.
HOW TO MEASURE THE CURTAIN HEIGHT
Measure from the top of the installed curtain rod or track to where you want the curtains to end. For Hooks top only, subtract 1 in (2.54 cm) once from this measurement because the curtains hang slightly below the rod. Do not deduct or add an allowance for other heading styles.
The starting point depends on the selected heading:
• Hooks Top: Measure from the top of the installed curtain rod or track to where you want the curtains to end. For Hooks top only, subtract 1 in (2.54 cm) once from this measurement because the curtains hang slightly below the rod.
• Back Tabs: Measure from the top of the curtain rod
• Rod Pocket: Measure from the top of the curtain rod
• Grommets: Measure from the top of the installed curtain rod or track to where you want the curtains to end. Do not add an allowance above the eyelets.
Possible finished lengths include:
• Window-sill length
• Below-sill length
• Apron length
• Floor length
• Lightly touching the floor
• Slightly puddling on the floor
For floor-length curtains, take measurements at several points because rods and floors may not be perfectly level.

They can be ordered:

To order cafe curtains, select the next available standard size larger than your required finished dimensions and enter the exact cafe-curtain measurements in the order details email.
Example:
Cafe curtain size required: 42 inches wide × 30 inches high per panel
Quantity: Pair
Heading: Rod Pocket
Lining: Unlined
Please clearly mention that the panels are required as cafe curtains.
PATTERN PLACEMENT
The exact placement of the large geometric trellis will vary according to:
• Curtain width
• Curtain height
• Fabric repeat
• Heading construction
• Custom measurements
• The point from which the fabric is cut
• Whether the panel contains a joining seam
For a pair of curtains, we will arrange the panels as consistently as reasonably possible. However, exact mirror-image pattern placement cannot always be guaranteed.
The appearance of the pattern will also change once the curtains are gathered. Some elongated geometric shapes will remain visible across the front of the folds, while other areas will move partially into the valleys between the folds.
This natural movement adds depth to the large-scale pattern and prevents the curtains from appearing flat.
