This is a functional CORDED Roman shade / Roman blind.

The shade can be raised and lowered as required.

HOW TO MEASURE FOR OUTSIDE MOUNT / OUTSIDE RECESS

An outside-mount Roman shade is fitted in front of the window opening or frame rather than within the recess.

Outside mounting is useful when:

• You prefer the window frame to be covered
• You want greater overlap around the window

• Reducing side-light gaps is particularly important

Measure the width of the window opening.

For good coverage, we generally recommend extending the finished shade approximately:

2 inches / 5 cm BEYOND EACH SIDE
