The listed width is the finished curtain width when the panel is laid flat. For a naturally gathered look, we usually recommend ordering a total curtain width that is around 1.5 to 2 times the width of your curtain rod or track, depending on how full you would like the curtains to appear.

For example, for a 50 inch wide rod, a total curtain width of around 75 to 100 inches usually gives a soft gathered look.

The 100 inch wide curtain is made as one single finished curtain panel, not as two separate curtain panels. It will hang as one continuous curtain piece. Due to the natural fabric width, a very neat centre seam may be present in the middle, but it is carefully finished and is usually barely visible once the curtain is installed and gathered.

These curtains are sheer and unlined. They are designed to gently filter sunlight, soften the window and provide light daytime privacy. They are not blackout curtains. For more privacy and a fuller look, we recommend ordering enough width so the fabric gathers beautifully across your window.
