COLOURS & EMBROIDERED STAR DESIGN

The base is a soft, warm ivory with a light cream undertone. The embroidery combines several sizes and styles of rounded five-pointed stars:

• Small, fully stitched stars in sandy beige, champagne and warm taupe.
• Larger stars formed by double embroidered outlines.
• Large stars with fluffy, raised white centres bordered in champagne beige or silvery blue-grey.

The smooth stitched outlines contrast with the plush-looking white centres and textured linen background. Generous space between the motifs keeps the pattern gentle and uncluttered.

FABRIC & WEIGHT

Made from thick, heavy embroidered linen fabric weighing approximately 294 gsm before any optional lining is added.

The substantial fabric and raised embroidery give these curtain panels texture and presence. Although the fabric is weighty, the unlined option remains semi-sheer; choose a lining according to the privacy and light control you need.

CHOOSE YOUR LINING

1. UNLINED — SEMI-SHEER, LIGHT FILTERING

The unlined fabric gently filters daylight and provides a soft layer of daytime privacy while retaining its semi-sheer appearance.

This option suits spaces where you want natural light and an airy window treatment. Privacy varies with lighting conditions, and silhouettes may remain visible when the room is brighter than outside.

2. ORGANIC COTTON LINING — OPAQUE PRIVACY

An organic cotton light-filtering liner makes the curtains completely opaque for greater privacy while allowing softly diffused daylight into the room.

Choose this option when you want a fuller curtain with a non-see-through finish, without the light-blocking effect of blackout lining.

3. 100% BLACKOUT LINING — COMPLETE LIGHT BLOCKING THROUGH THE FABRIC

The OEKO-TEX certified polycotton blackout liner blocks 100% of light passing through the lined fabric. It is a practical choice for nursery blackout curtains, children’s bedrooms and rooms where you want the strongest daylight control.

For the darkest result, allow sufficient coverage above and beside the window and overlap where the panels meet. Overall room darkness also depends on light entering around the curtain edges.

The OEKO-TEX certification applies to the blackout lining.

SINGLE PANEL OR PAIR

• Single panel / single piece: one curtain panel.
• Pair / set of 2: two curtain panels.

All width measurements refer to EACH panel measured flat before gathering.

For example:
A pair of 50-inch-wide curtains contains two panels, each 50 inches wide, with a combined flat width of 100 inches.

A pair of 100-inch-wide curtains contains two panels, each 100 inches wide, with a combined flat width of 200 inches.

WIDTH OPTIONS

• 50 inches / 127 cm per panel.
• 100 inches / 254 cm per panel.

IMPORTANT: 100-INCH-WIDE CURTAIN CONSTRUCTION

Each 100-inch-wide curtain is made by joining two 50-inch panels. There will be a vertical seam in the middle of each curtain, which is barely visible once the curtains are installed and arranged in folds.

FOUR HEADING STYLES

• HOOKS TOP
Woven heading tape is sewn across the back of the curtain. Compatible with curtain rods using suitable rings and with curtain tracks using suitable gliders.

• BACK TABS
Concealed tabs on the back allow the rod to pass through, creating a clean front appearance and soft folds.

• ROD POCKETS
The curtain rod slides through a sewn pocket at the top for a gathered finish.

• GROMMETS
Eyelets at the top slide onto a curtain rod and create defined, even folds.

CAFE CURTAINS & SHORT WINDOW PANELS

We can also make cafe curtains from this embroidered star linen fabric.

Custom cafe curtains are a charming option for smaller nursery windows, playrooms or covering the lower portion of a window while leaving the upper section open to daylight. The ivory base and softly coloured stars also suit a neutral kitchen or breakfast nook.

Choose unlined, organic cotton-lined or blackout-lined cafe curtains according to your needs. A cafe curtain covers only part of the window, so blackout lining blocks light through the covered area only.

HOW TO MEASURE

Measure the width you want the curtains to cover and allow additional fabric for your preferred fullness. Flat panel width is different from the width a gathered curtain covers.

Measure the finished height with your selected heading and curtain hardware in mind. For a pair, clearly state the required width of each individual panel.

PLEASE NOTE

Colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings and room lighting. The champagne and silvery embroidery can catch the light differently from the ivory base.
