Ivory Linen Curtains, Sage Green Geometric Embroidered Drapes, Custom Blackout Mid Century Panels
IVORY PURE LINEN CURTAINS WITH SAGE AND FOREST GREEN GEOMETRIC EMBROIDERY
Bring rich natural texture, sophisticated geometric detail and calming green color to your windows with these made-to-order pure linen embroidered curtains.
The substantial ivory linen fabric is decorated with a repeating arrangement of interlocking stepped-square motifs. Deep forest green embroidery forms the fine linear details inside each shape, while pale sage and soft mint green stitching outlines the larger motifs and creates the smaller square accents placed between them.
The graduated vertical embroidered lines form diagonal sections inside each square, giving the pattern a clean architectural rhythm. The combination of structured shapes, muted green shades and natural linen texture creates a refined mid-century modern design with subtle Art Deco and retro geometric influences.
These custom curtains work beautifully in living rooms, bedrooms, dining rooms, home offices, guest rooms, kitchens and other interiors where natural fabric, distinctive pattern and understated color are desired.

THICK AND HEAVY PURE LINEN
These curtains are made from thick, substantial pure linen embroidered fabric rather than lightweight linen-look material.
The fabric weighs approximately 294 GSM.
This weight has been converted from 403 grams per linear metre for fabric measuring 54 inches, approximately 137 cm, wide.
The calculation is:
403 grams per linear metre ÷ 1.3716-metre fabric width = approximately 293.8 grams per square metre
Rounded fabric weight: approximately 294 GSM
This substantial linen fabric offers:
• A rich and structured drape
• Clearly defined vertical folds
• More body than lightweight linen curtains
• Excellent visibility of the embroidered pattern
• A premium textile appearance
• A fuller and more substantial window treatment
• Natural movement without appearing thin or flimsy
The embroidered sections add further dimension and texture to the fabric, allowing the pattern to remain visible from both nearby and across the room.
Natural linen may contain occasional slubs, small knots, subtle yarn variations and minor changes in weave density. These characteristics are normal features of genuine linen and contribute to its natural appearance. They should not be considered manufacturing defects.
COLOR DESCRIPTION
Base fabric color:
Soft ivory, warm off-white or very light natural cream
Main embroidery color:
Deep forest green with a slightly muted, organic appearance
Secondary embroidery color:
Pale sage green, soft mint green and light celadon green
The darker green stitching defines the fine vertical lines and gives the design depth. The softer sage and mint green embroidery outlines the stepped-square shapes and forms the small connecting squares positioned between the larger motifs.
The green shades are muted and refined rather than bright, fluorescent or highly saturated. They coordinate naturally with ivory walls, warm neutral furniture, pale wood, dark walnut, rattan, stone, brass and black metal curtain hardware.
The linen background may appear closer to ivory, off-white or pale cream depending on the surrounding light.
The embroidery may appear:
• Deeper forest green in shadow
• Slightly brighter green in direct natural daylight
• Softer sage green under diffused light
• Warmer under yellow artificial lighting
• Cooler under white or blue-toned artificial lighting
Computer monitors, phones and tablets may reproduce colors differently. We recommend viewing the listing photographs on more than one screen when an exact color match is especially important.
Minor variations between separate fabric dye lots may occur. When several curtains are needed for the same room, ordering them together offers the closest possible color consistency.
GEOMETRIC EMBROIDERED PATTERN
The linen features a repeating all-over geometric embroidery.
The main design consists of large interlocking stepped-square motifs arranged in evenly spaced horizontal rows.
Each larger motif includes:
• A stepped rectangular outline
• Fine vertical embroidered lines
• Graduated stitch lengths
• Diagonal sections formed by the changing line lengths
• Deep green linear details
• Soft sage green edging
• Open ivory areas within the shapes
Small sage green embroidered squares are placed between the larger motifs. These smaller accents connect the design visually and create an orderly repeat across the fabric.
The pattern may be described as:
• Geometric
• Interlocking square
• Stepped square
• Abstract linear
• Architectural
• Mid-century modern
• Retro geometric
• Art Deco inspired
• Minimalist geometric
• Modern embroidered
• Sage green geometric
From a distance, the embroidery creates a calm, repeating geometric rhythm. From nearby, the individual stitches, alternating green tones and natural linen weave become more visible.
The design is distinctive enough to become a focal point while remaining subtle enough for long-term use in a sophisticated interior.

SINGLE CURTAIN OR SET OF TWO CURTAINS
These curtains can be purchased as:
• One single curtain panel
• One pair or set of two curtain panels
Please check the selected quantity carefully before completing your order.
Every measurement shown in the size menu refers to the finished flat size of EACH individual curtain before it is gathered or arranged on the curtain rod or track.
EXAMPLE 1
Selection:
Set of 2 Curtains
50 inches wide × 84 inches high
You will receive:
Two individual curtains
Finished size of each curtain:
50 inches wide × 84 inches high
Combined flat width of the pair:
Approximately 100 inches
EXAMPLE 2
Selection:
Single Curtain
100 inches wide × 96 inches high
You will receive:
One completed extra-wide curtain measuring approximately 100 inches wide × 96 inches high.
The 100-inch width refers to one finished curtain, even though two fabric sections must be joined during its construction.
AVAILABLE WIDTHS
The following standard finished widths are available for EACH individual curtain:
• 50 inches wide — approximately 127 cm
• 100 inches wide — approximately 254 cm
The selected width is the finished flat width before the curtain is gathered, folded or arranged on the rod or track.
CURTAIN FULLNESS
For an attractive gathered appearance, the combined flat width of the curtains should generally be wider than the curtain rod, track or window being covered.
A curtain that is almost the same width as the rod will hang relatively flat and display more of the geometric pattern.
A greater total fabric width creates:
• Fuller gathering
• Deeper folds
• A more luxurious drape
• Greater privacy
• Better coverage at the centre and sides
• Improved room darkening when blackout lining is selected
Please consider your preferred fullness when choosing between:
• One 50-inch-wide curtain
• A pair of 50-inch-wide curtains
• One 100-inch-wide curtain
• A pair of 100-inch-wide curtains
You are welcome to send the width of your window, rod or track before ordering when you need help choosing the correct curtain width.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT 100-INCH-WIDE CURTAINS
The embroidered linen fabric is approximately 54 inches wide.
It is therefore not possible to cut a finished 100-inch-wide curtain from one uninterrupted width of this fabric.
Every 100-inch-wide curtain will be made by carefully joining two approximately 50-inch-wide fabric sections.
Each completed 100-inch-wide curtain will have one professionally finished vertical joining seam near the middle of the panel.
The embroidered pattern will be aligned as neatly as the fabric repeat and curtain measurements permit.
After the curtain is installed and arranged into natural folds, the central joining seam is generally barely visible.
The seam is a normal and necessary part of producing an extra-wide curtain from this embroidered linen fabric.
Please note:
• One 100-inch-wide selection produces one completed curtain
• It does not produce two separate 50-inch curtains
• The two sections are permanently joined during construction
• The joining seam will run vertically
• The seam will normally fall within the curtain folds after installation
• A pair of 100-inch-wide curtains will have one joining seam in each curtain

The measurements entered in the order details email will be treated as the required finished curtain measurements unless you clearly state otherwise.
FOUR AVAILABLE HEADING STYLES
The curtains can be made with any of the following four heading styles:
1. HOOKS TOP
The back of the curtain heading is finished with curtain heading tape.
Curtain hooks are inserted into the tape and used to hang the curtain.
Hooks-top curtains are compatible with:
• Conventional curtain tracks
• Curtain rods fitted with rings and hooks
This is the most versatile option when you already have a track or a rod with curtain rings.
The heading tape and hooks remain mostly behind the curtain, allowing the embroidered linen fabric to remain the main visible feature.
Please select Hooks Top when the curtains need to hang from a conventional curtain track.
2. BACK TABS
Fabric tabs are sewn onto the back of the curtain heading.
The curtain rod passes through the concealed tabs.
When installed, the tabs remain mostly hidden from the front, producing a clean and uncluttered appearance.
Back-tab curtains create:
• Softly structured folds
• Minimal visible hardware
• A tailored modern appearance
• A relaxed but orderly drape
Back tabs are designed for a curtain rod. They are not intended to slide directly on a conventional curtain track.
3. ROD POCKET
A continuous fabric channel is sewn across the top of the curtain.
The curtain rod passes directly through the pocket.
Rod-pocket curtains create:
• Soft gathering
• A relaxed decorative appearance
• Minimal visible hardware
• A traditional and versatile finish
Rod pockets are suitable for curtain rods but are not intended for conventional curtain tracks.
The ease with which the curtain moves will depend on the relationship between the rod diameter and the finished pocket size.
4. GROMMETS
Metal grommets, also known as eyelets, are installed across the curtain heading.
The curtain rod passes directly through the grommets.
Grommet curtains create:
• Regular vertical folds
• Easy movement along the curtain rod
• A clean contemporary appearance
• Clearly defined gathering
• Visible decorative hardware
Grommets are designed for curtain rods and are not compatible with conventional curtain tracks.
HEADING STYLE REQUIRED IN PERSONALIZATION
Please enter one of the following heading styles in the order details email:
• Hooks Top
• Back Tabs
• Rod Pocket
• Grommets
If you have a curtain track, choose Hooks Top.
If you have a curtain rod without rings, choose Back Tabs, Rod Pocket or Grommets according to your preferred appearance.
LINING OPTIONS
Three finishing options are available:
1. UNLINED
The unlined option preserves the most natural appearance and movement of the pure linen fabric.
Because genuine linen has a naturally woven structure, the unlined curtains are semi-sheer when daylight passes through them.
Unlined curtains:
• Gently soften incoming sunlight
• Retain the natural linen texture
• Have a lighter and more relaxed drape
• Provide a degree of daytime privacy
• Allow some light to pass through the weave
• Work well when layered with blinds or shades
• Allow the reverse of the embroidery to remain partially visible
The degree of sheerness will depend on:
• The strength of the daylight
• Whether the room is brighter or darker than the exterior
• The amount of curtain gathering
• The distance from which the curtain is viewed
• The use of interior lighting at night
Unlined linen curtains should not be relied upon for complete nighttime privacy. Shapes and silhouettes may be visible from outside when the room lights are switched on after dark.
Choose unlined curtains when you prefer:
• Natural linen movement
• Soft daylight
• A relaxed semi-sheer effect
• Decorative window panels
• Curtains layered over a blind or Roman shade
2. ORGANIC COTTON LIGHT-FILTERING LINER
An organic cotton liner can be added for greater privacy, opacity and fabric body.
The cotton liner makes the completed curtains opaque under normal conditions while continuing to allow softly diffused natural light into the room.
The organic cotton liner provides:
• Increased daytime privacy
• Increased nighttime privacy
• An opaque curtain appearance
• Softly filtered natural light
• Additional weight and structure
• A fuller drape
• Reduced visibility of the reverse embroidery
• A clean appearance from outside the window
• A natural-fibre lining option
The organic cotton liner is light filtering rather than blackout.
It softens and reduces incoming light but will not create complete darkness.
Choose this option when you want:
• Privacy without a dark room
• A completely opaque curtain appearance
• Gentle natural daylight
• A natural cotton lining
• More substantial folds than the unlined option
3. 100% BLACKOUT OEKO-TEX CERTIFIED POLYCOTTON LINER
The blackout option uses an OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified polycotton liner composed of approximately:
• 50% cotton
• 50% polyester
The blackout liner is designed to prevent light from passing through the body of the lined curtain fabric.
This option provides:
• Complete curtain opacity
• Maximum light blocking through the fabric
• Greater nighttime privacy
• Additional weight and structure
• Reduced glare from outside lighting
• Strong room-darkening performance
• A cleaner exterior-facing finish
• A heavier and more substantial drape
The blackout liner is particularly suitable for:
• Bedrooms
• Nurseries
• Children’s rooms
• Guest bedrooms
• Media rooms
• Rooms facing streetlights
• Rooms receiving strong sunlight
• Daytime sleepers
• Shift workers
• Customers requiring maximum privacy
The blackout liner blocks light through the curtain itself. A small amount of light may still enter around the top, sides, bottom or centre opening depending on the installation.
For the strongest room-darkening result:
• Extend the curtain rod beyond both sides of the window
• Install the rod above the window opening
• Use sufficient curtain width
• Allow the panels to overlap at the centre
• Avoid stretching the curtains completely flat
• Allow the curtains to extend below the window

6. Add the required liner choice.
Cafe curtains may be ordered:
• Unlined for a light, softly filtered appearance
• With organic cotton lining for additional privacy
• With blackout lining when maximum light blocking is required
PATTERN PLACEMENT
The embroidered design has a repeating geometric pattern.
Because every curtain is individually cut according to the selected dimensions, the exact position at which the pattern begins and ends may vary slightly from one finished curtain to another.
The geometric motifs may not begin at precisely the same point on every custom-sized panel.
When a pair of curtains is ordered, we will make every reasonable effort to:
• Coordinate the pattern placement
• Create a balanced appearance
• Keep the motifs at visually similar heights
• Align the embroidery as closely as the fabric repeat permits
Exact mirror-image pattern placement cannot always be guaranteed because it depends on:
• The embroidered fabric repeat
• The selected curtain width
• The selected curtain height
• The heading construction
• Hem allowances
• Usable fabric edges
• Pattern placement
