Measure for your curtains

Enter your width and height together, then apply your measurements.

Size-dropdown widths are flat fabric widths per curtain.

A gathered curtain covers less space than its flat fabric width. Choose fullness below; Grommet/Eyelet and Pinch pleats always need 2× your coverage width.

This selection also updates Heading style on the product page.

Choose your fullness

Multiply the rod / track coverage by your fullness, then divide by the number of curtains.

Photorealistic fullness examples; actual folds vary with fabric and heading.

Measure the usable span of your installed rod or track, from one end of the curtain coverage to the other. Exclude decorative finials.

A pair contains two curtains. The flat fabric width you order is per curtain, not the combined pair. Choosing a curtain count here updates Panel quantity on the product page.

Enter the full measured drop. For Hooks top only, we subtract 1 in (2.54 cm) because the curtain hangs slightly below the rod. Do not deduct it yourself.

Finished curtain height to orderEnter the height you measured above.

Apply your measurements

We select the exact available flat-width × finished-height size, or the closest larger size fitting both dimensions. For a larger size, your exact request is added to Custom sizes / requirements, preserving your own notes. Your curtain-count choice also updates Panel quantity on the product page.

Review your heading and fullness before applying. This updates your selected size but does not add anything to your cart.

How to measure · illustrations and examples

Measure the space your curtains will cover

Measure the usable span of your installed rod or track, from one end of the curtain coverage to the other. Exclude decorative finials.

Measure the usable rod or track span—not the window glass or decorative finials.

Example: a 100 in (254 cm) rod, two curtains and 2× fullness need 100 in (254 cm) flat width per curtain.

Flat fabric width before gathering or pleating—not the hanging coverage.

Measure from the top of the rod to your chosen bottom

Measure straight down from the top of your installed curtain rod to where you want the curtains to end. For a track, use the top of the installed track.

Start at the top of the rod or track. Stop at your chosen bottom.

Greige Pure Linen Curtains, Ivory Embroidered Geometric Diamond Drapes, Custom Blackout or Light Filtering Panels

Product description
Shipping & returns

GREIGE PURE LINEN CURTAINS WITH IVORY EMBROIDERED GEOMETRIC DIAMOND PATTERN

Bring substantial natural linen texture, beautifully raised embroidery and sophisticated neutral geometric pattern to your windows with these custom-made heavyweight pure linen curtains.

The face fabric has a natural greige, flax-taupe and oatmeal-toned PURE LINEN ground covered with genuine ivory-white embroidery.

The embroidered design is arranged in repeating horizontal bands of geometric motifs, including large stepped diamonds, smaller nested lozenges, angular chevrons, cross-like details, block motifs and finely repeated symmetrical shapes.

The pattern has the visual character of a traditional woven folk textile translated into real embroidery, but the restrained ivory-and-greige palette gives it a fresh, contemporary appearance.

The strongest overall colour combination is:

NATURAL GREIGE / FLAX TAUPE LINEN
+
IVORY / SOFT WHITE EMBROIDERY

The design is neutral enough to coordinate easily with other furnishings while providing considerably more visual interest and texture than plain linen curtains.

These curtains work particularly well in:

• Boho interiors
• Organic-modern rooms
• Modern farmhouse interiors
• Warm minimalist spaces
• Southwestern-inspired rooms
• Rustic-modern homes
• Neutral bedrooms
• Contemporary living rooms
• Cottage interiors
• Japandi-inspired spaces
• Eclectic interiors
• Natural-material interiors

Each curtain is individually made to order from thick, heavy PURE LINEN embroidered fabric.

You can purchase:

• ONE SINGLE CURTAIN PANEL

or

• A PAIR / SET OF TWO MATCHING CURTAIN PANELS

Three lining options are available:

• UNLINED
• ORGANIC COTTON LIGHT-FILTERING LINER
• OEKO-TEX® CERTIFIED 100% BLACKOUT POLYCOTTON LINER

A wide selection of standard sizes is available, and custom finished measurements can also be made.

COLOR DESCRIPTION

This fabric has a softly layered neutral palette rather than stark black-and-white contrast.

NATURAL GREIGE / FLAX LINEN GROUND

The underlying pure linen can appear as:

• Natural greige
• Flax taupe
• Oatmeal
• Warm stone
• Mushroom greige
• Natural linen beige
• Light taupe
• Warm grey-beige
• Putty
• Weathered flax

It is not a cold silver grey.

The base has noticeable natural warmth from beige, flax and taupe undertones.

Because this is genuine linen, the ground also contains small natural variations in yarn colour and weave density.

In bright daylight it may appear lighter and more oatmeal or flax toned.

Under warmer indoor lighting it may appear slightly deeper and more taupe.

IVORY-WHITE EMBROIDERY

The raised geometric embroidery is significantly lighter than the linen background.

The thread can appear as:

• Ivory
• Soft white
• Natural white
• Creamy white
• Warm off-white
• Pale ecru

The embroidery is not a harsh optical white.

Its softer ivory tone works naturally with the warm greige linen underneath.

OVERALL COLOR IMPRESSION

The finished curtain reads primarily as:

GREIGE / NATURAL TAUPE
+
IVORY WHITE

This neutral combination coordinates especially well with:

• Warm white
• Ivory
• Cream
• Beige
• Oatmeal
• Taupe
• Greige
• Camel
• Tan
• Charcoal
• Black
• Natural oak
• White oak
• Walnut
• Rattan
• Cane
• Jute
• Travertine
• Limestone
• Antique brass
• Bronze
• Matte black
• Sage green
• Olive
• Rust
• Terracotta

GEOMETRIC DIAMOND PATTERN

The embroidery forms a highly structured repeating geometric design.

The most noticeable elements are large stepped diamond and lozenge motifs arranged horizontally across the fabric.

Within and around these larger diamonds are smaller decorative details including:

• Nested diamonds
• Small central diamond shapes
• Stepped edges
• Chevron forms
• Zigzag lines
• Cross motifs
• Small plus-sign details
• Pixel-like rectangular blocks
• Repeated angular borders
• Symmetrical geometric clusters

Some sections create large connected diamond bands.

Other portions are more densely filled with smaller cross and block motifs.

This variation gives the fabric visual rhythm without requiring multiple colours.

FOLK-TEXTILE & BOHO CHARACTER

The stepped diamonds and angular motifs give the design a folk-textile-inspired and bohemian character.

It can visually complement interiors influenced by:

• Bohemian design
• Southwestern-inspired decor
• Global-inspired interiors
• Rustic-modern styling
• Organic modern
• Modern farmhouse
• Desert-neutral interiors
• Eclectic design

The pattern may remind some viewers of traditional woven or rug motifs, but this listing does not claim that the textile is an authentic regional, tribal or handwoven cultural textile.

It is a pure linen fabric decorated with genuine geometric embroidery.

REAL RAISED EMBROIDERY — NOT PRINTED

The ivory pattern is genuinely EMBROIDERED onto the pure linen.

It is not printed.

It is not digitally reproduced.

It is not painted.

It is not a flat geometric surface design.

Actual embroidery thread creates the pattern.

The close-up view clearly shows dense groups of horizontal stitches forming the geometric shapes.

The raised threadwork sits above the natural linen ground, producing genuine dimension and texture.

The embroidered areas include:

• Dense stitched blocks
• Stepped diamond outlines
• Small crosses
• Angular borders
• Filled geometric sections
• Repeated rectangular stitches

When side light falls across the curtain, the raised embroidery creates subtle highlights and shadows.

This makes the pattern appear more dimensional than a printed geometric curtain.

PIXELATED / STEPPED EMBROIDERY DETAIL

One of the most distinctive features of this textile is the construction of the embroidery itself.

Rather than using flowing curved lines, the design is built from many small rectangular embroidered sections.

These create a slightly pixelated or mosaic-like appearance.

At close range, the pattern resembles tiny stitched building blocks arranged into:

• Diamonds
• Crosses
• Zigzags
• Borders
• Symmetrical medallions

From farther away, these individual blocks visually merge into a more unified geometric pattern.

This gives the curtain an unusual handcrafted-textile character.

PURE HEAVYWEIGHT LINEN — APPROXIMATELY 294 GSM

The decorative face fabric is PURE LINEN.

The supplied fabric weight is:

403 GRAMS PER LINEAR METRE

on fabric measuring:

54 INCHES WIDE.

54 inches is approximately 1.3716 metres.

403 grams ÷ 1.3716 metres = approximately 293.8 grams per square metre.

The face linen therefore weighs approximately:

294 GSM

This makes it a substantial curtain-weight pure linen rather than lightweight linen voile or gauze.

The heavier fabric provides:

• Excellent body
• A substantial natural drape
• Defined vertical folds
• Rich natural texture
• Premium curtain weight
• Strong visual presence
• Suitability for large windows
• Suitability for tall windows
• A luxurious floor-length appearance

NATURAL PURE LINEN CHARACTER

Genuine linen is naturally irregular.

Normal characteristics can include:

• Linen slubs
• Slightly thicker yarns
• Slightly finer yarns
• Minor weave variations
• Natural fibre texture
• Subtle tonal differences
• Soft natural creasing

These are inherent characteristics of real flax linen.

They are not defects.

The contrast between the naturally woven linen ground and highly structured embroidery is an important part of the beauty of this textile.

UNLINED — SEMI-SHEER PRIVACY CURTAINS

Choose UNLINED when you want the pure linen and embroidery in their most natural form.

Although this is thick approximately 294 GSM linen, genuine linen can still allow some daylight through its woven structure when strongly illuminated from behind.

The unlined version therefore has a naturally:

SEMI-SHEER / LIGHT-FILTERING / PRIVACY CURTAIN QUALITY.

These are substantially heavier than conventional sheer curtains.

However, they are not naturally opaque or blackout when unlined.

The unlined option provides:

• Soft filtered daylight
• Moderate daytime privacy
• Maximum natural linen character
• A relaxed organic drape
• Visible embroidered texture
• Beautiful interaction with natural light

When strongly backlit, the linen background may appear lighter while the denser ivory embroidery remains more defined.

This can make the geometric pattern especially attractive during daylight.

PRIVACY NOTE

Strong daylight may allow some silhouettes to remain visible through unlined linen.

Night-time privacy can also decrease if the interior room is brightly illuminated while it is dark outside.

If you require complete opacity, choose the organic cotton liner.

ORGANIC COTTON LIGHT-FILTERING LINER

Choose the ORGANIC COTTON LIGHT-FILTERING LINER when you want greater privacy while retaining softly filtered ambient daylight.

The organic cotton lining is fitted behind the embroidered pure linen face fabric.

It makes the completed curtain completely opaque rather than semi-sheer.

Benefits include:

• Complete visual opacity
• Greater privacy
• Reduced visibility of silhouettes
• Soft light filtering
• Additional fabric body
• Fuller curtain folds
• A more substantial finished drape

This option is particularly suitable for:

• Living rooms
• Dining rooms
• Bedrooms
• Guest bedrooms
• Home offices
• Nurseries
• Children's rooms
• Street-facing windows

Choose the cotton liner when you want privacy and opacity without complete darkness.

OEKO-TEX® CERTIFIED 100% BLACKOUT POLYCOTTON LINER

Choose the OEKO-TEX® CERTIFIED 100% BLACKOUT POLYCOTTON LINER when maximum light blocking is required.

The blackout liner prevents transmitted light from passing through the body of the curtain.

It is particularly suitable for:

• Bedrooms
• Nurseries
• Children's bedrooms
• Guest rooms
• Media rooms
• Home cinemas
• Strong morning-sun windows
• Rooms affected by exterior street lighting
• Shift workers
• Anyone who prefers a dark sleeping environment

The embroidered pure linen remains the decorative face visible from inside the room.

The blackout layer sits behind it and performs the light-blocking function.

The blackout liner creates complete light blocking THROUGH THE CURTAIN BODY.

Please remember that overall room darkness also depends on installation.

Some light can still enter around the:

• Outer edges
• Centre opening
• Top
• Bottom

if gaps remain around the window.

SOLD AS ONE CURTAIN OR PAIR / SET OF TWO

These curtains can be purchased individually or as a matching pair.

SINGLE PIECE

Selecting SINGLE PIECE means you receive:

ONE FINISHED CURTAIN PANEL.

PAIR / SET OF TWO

Selecting PAIR / SET OF TWO means you receive:

TWO MATCHING FINISHED CURTAIN PANELS.

A pair is normally used with one curtain positioned on either side of a window.

Please carefully check the selected quantity before placing your order.

STANDARD WIDTH OPTIONS

Available finished widths are:

• 50 INCHES
• 100 INCHES

The selected width refers to the approximate FLAT FINISHED WIDTH OF EACH CURTAIN before gathering.

CURTAIN FULLNESS

Curtains normally look fuller when their combined flat width is greater than the width of the area they need to cover.

Your preferred fullness will depend on:

• Curtain rod width
• Track width
• Heading style
• Number of panels
• Personal preference

For example:

A PAIR of 50-inch curtains provides approximately 100 inches of combined flat finished width before gathering.

IMPORTANT — 100-INCH-WIDE CURTAINS

The decorative face fabric is approximately 50 inches wide for curtain construction.

Therefore:

EVERY 100-INCH-WIDE FINISHED CURTAIN WILL BE MADE BY JOINING TWO APPROXIMATELY 50-INCH FABRIC PANELS.

The two sections are professionally sewn together.

This creates a vertical joining seam through the finished 100-inch curtain.

Once the curtain is installed and naturally gathered into folds, the seam is generally BARELY VISIBLE.

Joining multiple widths is a normal professional curtain-making technique for creating extra-wide curtains.

If you order a PAIR of 100-inch-wide curtains, each individual curtain will contain its own joining seam.

PATTERN AT THE JOIN

Because this is embroidered patterned fabric, the geometric pattern will be aligned as neatly and attractively as practical.

Exact positioning of every individual diamond or embroidered block may vary depending on the repeat and required finished size.

Once the curtain is gathered, the joining seam normally sits naturally among the folds and becomes much less noticeable.

STANDARD HEIGHT OPTIONS

Available finished curtain heights are:

• 36 inches
• 48 inches
• 60 inches
• 72 inches
• 84 inches
• 96 inches
• 108 inches
• 120 inches
• 132 inches
• 144 inches
• 156 inches
• 168 inches
• 180 inches

Heights increase in 12-inch increments.

This allows the same fabric to be used for everything from shorter windows to very tall floor-to-ceiling installations.

CAFE CURTAINS ALSO AVAILABLE

We can also make CAFE CURTAINS from this same greige and ivory embroidered pure linen.

Cafe curtains are shorter window curtains normally designed to cover the lower portion of a window while leaving the upper area open.

They are particularly useful when you want:

• Lower-window privacy
• Natural daylight through the upper glass
• A short custom window treatment
• Kitchen privacy curtains
• Decorative half-window curtains

This geometric pattern works particularly well on cafe curtains because the repeated diamond motifs remain visually distinctive even across a short curtain drop.

Cafe curtains are ideal for:

• Kitchen windows
• Kitchen sink windows
• Breakfast rooms
• Breakfast nooks
• Bathrooms
• Powder rooms
• Laundry rooms
• Utility rooms
• Pantry windows
• Cottage windows
• Small windows

To order custom cafe curtains, select the next suitable standard size up and enter the exact required finished dimensions in Personalization.

Please also state the required heading and liner.

BOHO & ECLECTIC INTERIORS

The embroidered diamond design gives the fabric a strong bohemian character without relying on bright colour.

Pair with:

• Natural wood
• Rattan
• Cane
• Woven rugs
• Leather
• Handmade pottery
• Jute
• Antique brass
• Warm neutral walls

ORGANIC MODERN INTERIORS

The natural pure linen base also makes the curtains suitable for organic-modern rooms.

Combine with:

• Pale oak
• Walnut
• Travertine
• Limestone
• Cream boucle
• Linen upholstery
• Handmade ceramics
• Woven baskets

The geometric embroidery adds pattern while preserving the neutral palette.

MODERN FARMHOUSE INTERIORS

Pair these neutral embroidered curtains with:

• Warm white walls
• Reclaimed wood
• Natural oak
• Black hardware
• Aged brass
• Woven baskets
• Neutral rugs
• Natural stone

The fabric provides more visual detail than plain farmhouse linen while remaining easy to coordinate.

SOUTHWESTERN-INSPIRED INTERIORS

The stepped diamonds and angular geometry work particularly well with Southwestern-inspired rooms.

Coordinate with:

• Terracotta
• Rust
• Camel leather
• Warm brown
• Natural wood
• Black accents
• Woven rugs
• Desert-neutral accessories

The curtain itself remains neutral, making it easy to introduce stronger accent colours elsewhere.

WARM MINIMALIST & JAPANDI-INSPIRED ROOMS

Because the design uses only closely related neutral tones, it can also work in restrained interiors.

Pair it with:

• Pale oak
• Warm white
• Greige
• Natural stone
• Minimal furniture
• Matte black details
• Handmade ceramics

The embroidery introduces texture without introducing a strong new colour.

BEDROOM CURTAINS

For bedrooms:

Choose UNLINED for softly filtered daylight and the most natural linen appearance.

Choose ORGANIC COTTON LINED for complete opacity and increased privacy.

Choose BLACKOUT LINED for maximum darkness.

LIVING ROOM CURTAINS

The neutral pattern makes these curtains particularly versatile in living rooms.

They coordinate well with:

• Cream sofas
• Beige upholstery
• Natural linen furniture
• Camel leather
• Natural oak
• Walnut
• Stone
• Brass
• Black metal
• Neutral rugs

EXTRA-LONG CURTAINS

Lengths are available up to 180 inches.

This makes the fabric suitable for:

• Floor-to-ceiling windows
• High ceilings
• Double-height rooms
• Tall bedrooms
• Large living rooms
• French doors
• Sliding doors
• Architectural windows

The repeated geometric bands become especially striking across longer curtain drops.

PATTERN PLACEMENT

Because every curtain is cut from continuously embroidered fabric, exact motif placement will vary depending on the finished measurements.

The position of individual diamonds, crosses and geometric bands relative to:

• Top edge
• Side edges
• Bottom hem
• Joining seam

may vary between curtains.

This is normal for made-to-order patterned curtains.

A pair will coordinate, but exact mirror-image placement should not be expected.

COLOR & LIGHTING DISCLAIMER

Neutral colours can change visibly under different lighting.

The linen background may appear:

• Lighter flax in strong daylight
• More greige in neutral daylight
• Warmer taupe under warm indoor lighting

The embroidery may appear:

• Soft white
• Ivory
• Cream
• Pale ecru

depending on illumination.

Phone, tablet and computer screens may also display greige and ivory differently.

If precise coordination with existing paint, upholstery, wallpaper or furniture is important, viewing a physical fabric sample before ordering multiple large custom curtains is recommended.

CARE

Professional dry cleaning is recommended for these embroidered pure linen curtains.

Avoid aggressive machine washing, bleach, high temperatures and strong mechanical agitation.

Professional cleaning is especially recommended for lined curtains to help preserve the linen face fabric, embroidery, lining and finished measurements.
