IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR 100-INCH-WIDE PANELS

A finished 100-inch-wide curtain panel is made by joining two approximately 50-inch fabric widths. Each 100-inch panel will therefore have one vertical joining seam near the middle.

The seam is carefully constructed and is generally barely noticeable once the curtain is gathered and installed. It may still be visible when the panel is laid completely flat or examined closely. This joining method is necessary because of the usable width of the embroidered fabric and is standard for extra-wide custom drapery.

LINING OPTIONS

Choose from three different light-control and privacy finishes:

1. UNLINED — SEMI-SHEER PRIVACY CURTAIN

The unlined embroidered linen softly filters daylight and retains the most natural linen appearance. It offers daytime privacy while allowing a gentle amount of light through the fabric.

The unlined option is best for living rooms, dining rooms, kitchens, studies, sunrooms and other spaces where you want filtered natural light and a relaxed linen drape.

Please note that unlined curtains are not fully opaque. Shapes or silhouettes may be visible at night when the room is illuminated and it is dark outside. Privacy will also vary depending on the direction and intensity of the light.

2. ORGANIC COTTON LIGHT-FILTERING LINER

The organic cotton liner adds body, coverage and extra privacy while continuing to admit softly diffused daylight. It makes the curtain completely opaque for increased privacy and gives the panel a fuller, more structured drape.

This option is ideal when you want a natural-fiber lining, enhanced privacy and gentle light filtering without making the room completely dark.

3. 100% BLACKOUT OEKO-TEX CERTIFIED POLYCOTTON LINER

Choose the blackout liner for bedrooms, nurseries, media rooms, home theaters, shift workers or any space where maximum darkness is required.

The OEKO-TEX-certified polycotton blackout liner is designed to block light completely through the lined curtain fabric. As with any blackout curtain, a small amount of light may still enter around the top, bottom or sides of the installed panel unless the curtain overlaps the window opening and is mounted to reduce perimeter gaps.

Blackout lining also gives the embroidered linen a more substantial, structured appearance.

AVAILABLE HEADING STYLES

Please select or specify one of the following four heading styles:

• Hooks Top — Made for curtain hooks and compatible with both curtain rods and curtain tracks. This option creates a tailored, versatile drapery finish. Please note that rods, tracks, rings and hooks are not included unless explicitly stated.

• Back Tabs — Fabric tabs are sewn discreetly onto the back of the heading, allowing the curtain rod to remain mostly hidden. Back tabs create soft, evenly spaced folds and a clean, contemporary appearance.

• Rod Pocket — A channel is sewn across the top so the curtain can slide directly onto a suitable rod. This is a simple and traditional choice for farmhouse, cottage and casual interiors.

• Grommets — Metal eyelets are fitted across the top edge for easy installation on a curtain rod. Grommets create broad, regular folds and allow the curtains to open and close easily.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE WIDTH

Measure the width of your curtain rod or track rather than measuring only the glass.

For an attractive gathered appearance, the combined flat width of your curtains should generally be approximately 1.5 to 2 times the width of the area being covered. The preferred fullness depends on your heading style and how gathered you would like the finished curtains to appear.

Example: For a 100-inch-wide rod, a pair of 50-inch panels provides 100 inches of total flat width and will look relatively tailored when closed. A pair of 100-inch panels provides 200 inches of total flat width and creates a much fuller appearance.

Please account for any additional width needed for overlap, return at the sides or stacking the curtains beyond the window when open.

NATURAL LINEN AND HANDCRAFTED CHARACTER

The embroidered pattern will be carefully positioned, but its exact placement may vary between different panel sizes. Because the design has an organic, large-scale repeat, every finished panel may not show the branches in precisely the same position as the sample photograph.

For a pair, the panels will be coordinated to create a balanced overall presentation. Exact mirror-image placement may not always be possible because of the embroidered pattern repeat and custom measurements.

Colors can also appear slightly different depending on screen calibration, room lighting and time of day. The ground may read as pale greige, cool ivory, silver beige or light taupe under different lighting. The accent embroidery is best described as dusty blush or muted salmon pink combined with mushroom taupe and warm brown—not bright pink.
