HOW TO MEASURE FOR YOUR ROMAN BLINDS:
For an Inside Recess Mount (Inside the window frame):
* Measure the exact inside width of your window frame at three places: the top, middle, and bottom. Provide us with the narrowest of these three measurements.
* Measure the exact inside height (length) from the top inside edge of the frame down to the windowsill. Provide this exact measurement. (Note: We will make the necessary slight deduction to the width to ensure it operates smoothly within your window frame).
For an Outside Recess Mount (Outside the window frame/On the wall):
* Measure the width of your window opening and add at least 2 to 3 inches (5 to 7.5 cm) to each side (4 to 6 inches total) to ensure full coverage and minimize light leakage.
* Measure the height from where you plan to mount the top of the blind (usually 2 to 4 inches above the window frame) down to where you want the blind to drop (usually just below the window sill). Provide these final calculated measurements.
