Measure for your curtains

Enter your width and height together, then apply your measurements.

Size-dropdown widths are flat fabric widths per curtain.

A gathered curtain covers less space than its flat fabric width. Choose fullness below; Grommet/Eyelet and Pinch pleats always need 2× your coverage width.

This selection also updates Heading style on the product page.

Choose your fullness

Multiply the rod / track coverage by your fullness, then divide by the number of curtains.

Photorealistic fullness examples; actual folds vary with fabric and heading.

Measure the usable span of your installed rod or track, from one end of the curtain coverage to the other. Exclude decorative finials.

A pair contains two curtains. The flat fabric width you order is per curtain, not the combined pair. Choosing a curtain count here updates Panel quantity on the product page.

Enter the full measured drop. For Hooks top only, we subtract 1 in (2.54 cm) because the curtain hangs slightly below the rod. Do not deduct it yourself.

Apply your measurements

We select the exact available flat-width × finished-height size, or the closest larger size fitting both dimensions. For a larger size, your exact request is added to Custom sizes / requirements, preserving your own notes. Your curtain-count choice also updates Panel quantity on the product page.

Review your heading and fullness before applying. This updates your selected size but does not add anything to your cart.

Measure the space your curtains will cover

Measure the usable span of your installed rod or track, from one end of the curtain coverage to the other. Exclude decorative finials.

Measure the usable rod or track span—not the window glass or decorative finials.

Example: a 100 in (254 cm) rod, two curtains and 2× fullness need 100 in (254 cm) flat width per curtain.

Flat fabric width before gathering or pleating—not the hanging coverage.

Measure from the top of the rod to your chosen bottom

Measure straight down from the top of your installed curtain rod to where you want the curtains to end. For a track, use the top of the installed track.

Start at the top of the rod or track. Stop at your chosen bottom.

Embroidered Pure Linen Curtains, Oatmeal with Olive Green & Gray Wildflowers, Custom Blackout or Light Filtering Botanical Drapes — image 1

Embroidered Pure Linen Curtains, Oatmeal with Olive Green & Gray Wildflowers, Custom Blackout or Light Filtering Botanical Drapes

Product description
Shipping & returns

Embroidered pure linen curtains featuring delicate olive green and soft gray wildflowers scattered across a pale oatmeal background. These custom botanical drapes are available unlined, with an organic cotton light-filtering liner, or with an OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified 100% blackout liner.

Designed for buyers who appreciate natural materials, understated botanical patterns and substantial window treatments, these curtains combine the organic texture of pure linen with finely embroidered meadow-inspired stems. They are made to order in a wide range of standard and custom sizes and can be purchased as one individual curtain panel or as a coordinated pair or set of two panels.

COLOR AND PATTERN

The main fabric has a soft oatmeal, pale flax and warm off-white background. It is not a bright or stark white.

The embroidered design combines:

Muted olive green stems and leaves

Soft sage-olive threadwork

Light stone gray and warm greige flower heads

Subtle taupe-gray botanical details

The embroidery depicts scattered wildflower stems, fine meadow branches, small seed heads, delicate buds and feathery botanical sprigs. Some branches are tall and gently curved, while others are shorter and more loosely scattered across the linen.

The arrangement is intentionally airy rather than dense. Generous areas of the oatmeal linen remain visible between the embroidered motifs, giving the curtains a calm and sophisticated appearance.

The pattern does not look rigid, geometric or overly repetitive. Its varied stem heights and organically spaced wildflowers create the appearance of delicate plants growing naturally through a quiet meadow.

The soft olive green and gray embroidery is subtle enough for a neutral interior while still adding texture, color and visual interest.

These curtains coordinate beautifully with:

Oatmeal and cream walls

Natural oak or walnut furniture

Olive, sage and moss green accents

Stone, greige and warm gray interiors

Woven rugs and natural fiber furnishings

Terracotta, ceramic and aged brass accessories

Organic modern interiors

Modern farmhouse homes

Cottagecore bedrooms

Rustic country houses

Botanical nurseries

Earthy bohemian living rooms

Scandinavian-inspired neutral spaces

PURE LINEN FABRIC

These curtains are made from thick, substantial and heavy pure linen embroidered fabric.

The supplied fabric specification is 403 grams per linear metre on a 54-inch-wide fabric. A 54-inch width equals approximately 1.3716 metres, so the fabric converts to approximately 294 GSM.

This substantial weight gives the curtains a rich, structured fall while preserving the natural texture and character associated with linen.

The embroidery is stitched directly into the fabric rather than printed onto the surface. The raised threadwork adds visible texture and depth, allowing the botanical design to remain noticeable from both close viewing and across the room.

Pure linen naturally contains small slubs, knots, fine irregularities and slight variations in yarn thickness. These characteristics are normal features of genuine linen and form part of its organic appearance. They should not be treated as flaws.

Because the fabric is woven from natural fibers and the embroidery is applied with multiple thread colors, slight variations may occur between production batches.

SINGLE CURTAIN OR PAIR OF TWO

The curtains can be purchased as:

One single curtain panel

A pair or set of two curtain panels

The width and height selected in the menu apply to each individual curtain panel.

For example:

If you order one 50-inch-wide curtain, you will receive one panel measuring 50 inches wide.

If you order a set of two 50-inch-wide curtains, you will receive two panels, each measuring 50 inches wide.

A pair of 50-inch panels therefore provides a combined flat fabric width of 100 inches before the curtains are gathered.

Please carefully confirm whether you require one panel or a pair before placing the order.

AVAILABLE WIDTHS

50 inches wide per curtain Approximately 127 cm wide per curtain

100 inches wide per curtain Approximately 254 cm wide per curtain

The listed width is the flat finished width of one individual curtain panel before it is gathered onto the rod or track.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT 100-INCH-WIDE CURTAINS

The embroidered linen fabric has an approximate usable panel width of 50 inches.

For this reason, each finished 100-inch-wide curtain will be constructed by carefully joining two approximately 50-inch fabric sections.

There will be one vertical joining seam near the center of each 100-inch-wide curtain.

The fabric and embroidery will be aligned as carefully as the pattern repeat allows. Once the curtain is installed and arranged into natural folds, the central seam is normally barely visible.

This seam is a necessary construction detail for an extra-wide curtain and is not considered a defect.

When a pair of 100-inch-wide curtains is ordered, each individual 100-inch panel will contain its own central joining seam.

CUSTOM-SIZE CURTAINS

Custom widths and heights are available.

For a custom measurement, select and purchase the next available standard size above the exact finished measurement you require.

For example:

If you require a finished curtain height of 92 inches, select the 96-inch height option and enter 92 inches as the required finished height in the order details email.

If you require a finished width of 47 inches, select the 50-inch width option and enter 47 inches as the required finished width.

Please do not purchase a size smaller than the custom finished measurement required.

Enter the exact finished width and height required for each individual curtain panel. Clearly state whether the measurement is in inches or centimetres.

For unusually wide curtains, oversized windows or measurements outside the listed size range, please request a custom quotation before ordering.

CHOOSING THE CORRECT CURTAIN WIDTH

The selected width is the flat fabric width before the curtain is gathered.

For a naturally gathered appearance, the combined width of your curtains should be wider than the curtain rod, track or window area being covered.

A combined flat width of approximately 1.5 to 2 times the rod or track width usually produces attractive fullness.

For example:

For a 70-inch-wide curtain rod, a pair of 50-inch panels provides a total flat width of 100 inches and creates moderate gathering.

For a fuller, denser and more luxurious appearance, a greater combined width can be selected.

The botanical embroidery will move naturally into and out of view as the curtain forms folds. A fuller curtain arrangement will make the panels appear more substantial and will help disguise the joining seam in 100-inch-wide curtains.

LINING OPTIONS

UNLINED

The unlined option shows the embroidered linen in its most natural form.

Without lining, the curtain functions as a semi-sheer privacy curtain. The woven linen softly filters daylight rather than completely blocking it.

During the daytime, unlined curtains provide gentle privacy while allowing the room to remain naturally illuminated. The oatmeal linen becomes softly luminous when placed in front of a bright window.

At night, when indoor lights are switched on, shadows or silhouettes may be more visible from outside. The exact privacy level will depend on the brightness of the room, the distance from the window and the exterior lighting conditions.

The reverse side of the embroidery and stitching will remain visible from the back of an unlined curtain.

Unlined curtains are particularly suitable for:

Living rooms

Dining rooms

Home offices

Sunrooms

Breakfast rooms

Low-privacy windows

Rooms where natural daylight is preferred

ORGANIC COTTON LIGHT-FILTERING LINER

The organic cotton lining provides additional body, opacity and privacy while continuing to allow softly filtered natural light into the room.

The cotton liner covers the reverse side of the embroidery and gives the curtains a cleaner, more finished appearance when viewed from outside the window.

It makes the curtain completely opaque for improved visual privacy and substantially reduces the visibility of indoor silhouettes.

The cotton lining also helps the linen hang with a fuller and more structured drape.

This option is recommended for:

Living rooms

Street-facing windows

Dining rooms

Guest bedrooms

Nurseries

Home offices

Bedrooms where complete darkness is not required

Rooms where privacy and softly diffused daylight are equally important

The organic cotton liner is light filtering rather than blackout. Daylight will still softly illuminate the room.

100% BLACKOUT LINER

The blackout option uses a non-toxic OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified polycotton blackout lining made from 50% cotton and 50% polyester.

This lining is designed to block 100% of incoming light through the lined curtain body, providing complete opacity and maximum privacy.

It is the most suitable choice for:

Bedrooms

Nurseries

Children’s rooms

Media rooms

Home cinemas

Shift workers

Light-sensitive sleepers

Rooms facing strong sunlight

Spaces where maximum room darkening is required

The blackout liner conceals the reverse side of the embroidery and gives the curtains a substantial, luxurious and structured appearance.

Although the liner blocks light through the curtain fabric, small amounts of light can still enter around the top, sides or bottom depending on how the curtains are installed.

For the darkest possible room, mount the curtain rod above and wider than the window frame, order adequate curtain fullness and allow the curtains to overlap the sides of the window.

AVAILABLE HEADING STYLES

Four heading styles are available:

HOOKS TOP

The hooks-top heading is compatible with both curtain rods and curtain tracks.

For a curtain track, the hooks attach to the track gliders.

For a curtain rod, the hooks attach to separate curtain rings fitted to the rod.

A structured curtain tape is sewn along the reverse side of the heading. This creates a neat and versatile installation suitable for traditional, contemporary or ceiling-mounted curtain systems.

Hooks-top curtains are an excellent choice for curtains that will be opened and closed regularly.

BACK TABS

Fabric tabs are sewn discreetly onto the reverse side of the curtain heading.

The curtain rod passes through the concealed tabs, leaving the front of the curtain clean and uninterrupted.

Back tabs naturally create soft, evenly spaced folds and a relaxed but tailored appearance.

This heading works particularly well in organic modern, farmhouse, minimalist and contemporary interiors.

ROD POCKET

A fabric channel is sewn across the top of the curtain.

The rod slides directly through this pocket, producing a softly gathered and casual appearance.

Rod-pocket curtains are especially suitable for bedrooms, kitchens, cafe curtains, decorative windows and cottage-style interiors.

Please ensure that the curtain rod diameter is compatible with the rod pocket.

GROMMETS

Circular grommets are installed across the top of the curtain panel.

The rod passes directly through the grommets, producing broad and evenly spaced folds.

Grommet curtains are easy to install, open and close. They provide a clean contemporary appearance suitable for bedrooms, living rooms and modern homes.

The final positioning of the embroidered motifs near the top can vary slightly depending on the grommet spacing and fabric pattern placement.

Order type: Set of two curtains

If no smaller custom measurement is entered, the curtains will be made according to the standard size selected from the menu.

HOW TO MEASURE THE CURTAIN HEIGHT

Install the curtain rod or track, or determine its final installation position, before measuring.

For back-tab and rod-pocket curtains, measure from the top position of the curtain to the desired finished bottom edge.

For grommet curtains, consider that a small portion of fabric normally extends above the top of the grommet.

For hooks-top curtains, measure from the hook attachment or track-glider position to the required finished bottom edge.

Decide whether you want the curtains to:

Float slightly above the floor

Finish directly at floor level

Gently break against the floor

Create a decorative puddled appearance

Measure the height in more than one location, especially when floors or ceilings may be uneven.

For a clean floor-length finish, many customers allow the curtains to end approximately 0.5 to 1 inch above the floor. For a more relaxed appearance, additional length may be added.

CAFE CURTAINS AND SHORT CURTAINS

This embroidered linen can also be made as custom cafe curtains.

The airy olive green and gray wildflower embroidery works especially well on shorter kitchen, breakfast-room and half-window panels because the botanical pattern remains clearly visible even at a reduced curtain height.

Cafe curtains can be made for:

Kitchen windows

Breakfast nooks

Bathroom windows

Utility rooms

Pantry windows

Half-height windows

Door windows

Farmhouse kitchens

Cottage-style interiors

Short cafe curtains may be ordered unlined for softly filtered daylight or with organic cotton lining when greater privacy is required.

For custom cafe curtains, select the next available size above your required measurements and enter the exact cafe-curtain width, height, lining and heading style in the order details email.

Cafe curtains are available only as a custom-size variation and are not referenced in the product title.

PATTERN PLACEMENT

Because the design consists of scattered wildflower stems in different heights and directions, the exact placement of the embroidery will vary between curtain sizes.

A tall curtain will display more complete stems and a larger portion of the pattern than a short curtain.

Two panels ordered together will be coordinated and cut with care. However, the curtains may not be perfect mirror images because of the organic pattern repeat and the usable width of the fabric.

For a pair, we will aim to create a visually balanced arrangement when the curtains are installed side by side.

Small differences in motif positioning are normal and contribute to the custom-made character of the curtains.

SUITABLE INTERIOR STYLES

These embroidered botanical curtains are particularly well suited to:

Organic modern decor

Modern farmhouse decor

English cottage interiors

French country rooms

Cottagecore bedrooms

Rustic homes

Earth-tone interiors

Natural neutral decor

Botanical home decor

Scandinavian interiors

Boho farmhouse rooms

Minimalist living rooms

Calm nursery interiors

Country kitchens

Warm contemporary homes

The muted embroidery adds color without overwhelming the space, making the curtains easy to combine with both neutral and green-focused interior schemes.

MADE-TO-ORDER CONSTRUCTION

Every curtain is individually cut and sewn according to the selected size, lining and heading specifications.

The lining, where selected, is carefully attached behind the embroidered linen so it remains discreet when the curtains are viewed from the front.

Hems, side edges and heading details are professionally finished for a clean appearance.

Because these are made-to-order curtains, please carefully check all selected options and personalization details before purchasing.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Professional dry cleaning is recommended to preserve the pure linen, embroidery, heading construction and optional lining.

Avoid bleach, harsh stain removers and aggressive rubbing.

Do not pull or cut raised embroidery threads.

Linen may develop natural creasing during folding, packaging and transportation. These creases usually soften after the curtains have been hung.

A handheld garment steamer may be used carefully from the reverse side at a safe distance. Avoid pressing a hot iron directly onto the embroidery or blackout lining.

Regularly remove surface dust using a low-suction upholstery attachment or a gentle fabric brush.
