Measure for your curtains

Enter your width and height together, then apply your measurements.

Size-dropdown widths are flat fabric widths per curtain.

A gathered curtain covers less space than its flat fabric width. Choose fullness below; Grommet/Eyelet and Pinch pleats always need 2× your coverage width.

This selection also updates Heading style on the product page.

Choose your fullness

Multiply the rod / track coverage by your fullness, then divide by the number of curtains.

Photorealistic fullness examples; actual folds vary with fabric and heading.

Measure the usable span of your installed rod or track, from one end of the curtain coverage to the other. Exclude decorative finials.

A pair contains two curtains. The flat fabric width you order is per curtain, not the combined pair. Choosing a curtain count here updates Panel quantity on the product page.

Enter the full measured drop. For Hooks top only, we subtract 1 in (2.54 cm) because the curtain hangs slightly below the rod. Do not deduct it yourself.

Apply your measurements

We select the exact available flat-width × finished-height size, or the closest larger size fitting both dimensions. For a larger size, your exact request is added to Custom sizes / requirements, preserving your own notes. Your curtain-count choice also updates Panel quantity on the product page.

Review your heading and fullness before applying. This updates your selected size but does not add anything to your cart.

How to measure · illustrations and examples

Measure the space your curtains will cover

Measure the usable span of your installed rod or track, from one end of the curtain coverage to the other. Exclude decorative finials.

Measure the usable rod or track span—not the window glass or decorative finials.

Example: a 100 in (254 cm) rod, two curtains and 2× fullness need 100 in (254 cm) flat width per curtain.

Flat fabric width before gathering or pleating—not the hanging coverage.

Measure from the top of the rod to your chosen bottom

Measure straight down from the top of your installed curtain rod to where you want the curtains to end. For a track, use the top of the installed track.

Start at the top of the rod or track. Stop at your chosen bottom.

Dusty Rose Pure Linen Stripe Curtains, Cream Farmhouse Drapes, Custom Blackout or Light Filtering

Product description
Shipping & returns

DUSTY ROSE, BLUSH BEIGE & CREAM PURE LINEN FARMHOUSE STRIPE CURTAINS

Bring soft earthy colour, substantial natural linen texture and timeless farmhouse stripes to your windows with these custom-made thick and heavyweight pure linen curtains.

The fabric has a warm ivory, cream and natural-flax pure linen ground decorated with a sophisticated multi-width vertical stripe in dusty rose, muted blush pink, peach-beige, sand, oatmeal and natural flax.

The stripe pattern is deliberately varied rather than perfectly uniform.

Some lines are extremely fine pinstripes, others form slender beige or blush bands, while several wider dusty-rose stripes create stronger vertical definition.

This combination gives the textile significantly more depth and character than a simple equal-width pink-and-white stripe.

The strongest overall colour combination is:

WARM IVORY / CREAM
+
DUSTY ROSE / MUTED BLUSH
+
PEACH BEIGE / SAND
+
NATURAL FLAX / OATMEAL

The finished effect is warm, relaxed and sophisticated.

The pink is deliberately muted and earthy rather than bright or sugary, making these curtains suitable not only for feminine rooms and nurseries but also for sophisticated farmhouse, French-country, cottage, organic-modern and layered neutral interiors.

These curtains are made from substantial PURE LINEN curtain fabric and can be purchased as:

• ONE SINGLE CURTAIN PANEL

or

• A PAIR / SET OF TWO MATCHING CURTAIN PANELS

LINING OPTIONS

Choose from:

• UNLINED
• ORGANIC COTTON LIGHT-FILTERING LINER
• OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 CERTIFIED 100% BLACKOUT POLYCOTTON LINER

A wide selection of standard sizes is available.

Custom finished widths and lengths can also be made.

COLOR DESCRIPTION

WARM IVORY / CREAM PURE LINEN GROUND

The lightest sections of the textile are best described as:

• Warm ivory
• Cream
• Natural linen
• Soft ecru
• Pale oatmeal
• Natural flax ivory
• Warm off-white

The base is not a stark optical white.

Because the fabric is genuine pure linen, the cream sections show natural woven texture, tiny flax-coloured fibres and subtle tonal irregularities.

In bright daylight, the lighter areas can appear closer to ivory.

Under warm interior lighting, they may appear creamier, softer or slightly more oatmeal toned.

DUSTY ROSE / MUTED BLUSH STRIPES

The strongest coloured bands are a warm muted rose.

Depending on lighting, they can be described as:

• Dusty rose
• Muted blush pink
• Antique rose
• Rose beige
• Clay pink
• Soft terracotta pink
• Muted salmon pink
• Warm faded pink

This is not:

• Bubblegum pink
• Hot pink
• Fuchsia
• Bright coral
• Strong orange

The colour has enough beige and earthy undertone to make it feel sophisticated and naturally compatible with linen.

Under warmer lamps, the stripes can look slightly peachier or more clay toned.

In cooler daylight, they may appear softer and dustier.

PEACH BEIGE & SAND STRIPES

Alongside the dusty-rose bands are lighter warm neutral stripes.

These may appear as:

• Peach beige
• Blush beige
• Sand
• Natural beige
• Biscuit
• Pale camel
• Warm flax
• Oatmeal

These colours soften the transition between the rose stripes and the cream background.

They also prevent the curtain from appearing like a simple pink-and-white textile.

NATURAL FLAX PINSTRIPES

The finest lines have an especially subtle natural quality.

They may appear as:

• Flax
• Oatmeal
• Pale taupe
• Sand beige
• Wheat
• Natural linen beige
• Light mushroom

These fine lines are important to the overall ticking-inspired effect.

OVERALL COLOR IMPRESSION

The curtain reads primarily as:

DUSTY ROSE + CREAM

with supporting:

BLUSH BEIGE + PEACH BEIGE + NATURAL FLAX.

This palette coordinates beautifully with:

• Warm white
• Ivory
• Cream
• Oatmeal
• Beige
• Greige
• Taupe
• Mushroom
• Dusty rose
• Blush
• Terracotta
• Camel
• Sage green
• Olive
• Dusty blue
• Natural oak
• White oak
• Walnut
• Reclaimed timber
• Rattan
• Cane
• Jute
• Travertine
• Limestone
• Antique brass
• Aged bronze

MULTI-WIDTH FARMHOUSE STRIPE

The defining feature of this fabric is its varied vertical striped design.

The pattern includes:

• Dusty-rose vertical bands
• Muted blush stripes
• Peach-beige lines
• Natural-flax pinstripes
• Cream vertical spaces
• Fine oatmeal stripes
• Alternating narrow and medium-width bands

The stripe widths change throughout the pattern.

Some groups contain several closely spaced narrow lines.

Other sections include a stronger rose band surrounded by generous cream space.

This variation creates a relaxed traditional textile appearance rather than a rigid modern stripe.

TICKING-INSPIRED DESIGN

Traditional ticking fabrics are recognised for groups of narrow vertical stripes.

This pure linen strongly reflects that visual character while introducing several related neutral and rose shades.

It can accurately be described as:

• Ticking stripe
• Farmhouse stripe
• Pink ticking stripe
• French farmhouse stripe
• French-country stripe
• Country linen stripe
• Cottage stripe
• Dusty rose stripe
• Vintage-inspired stripe
• Natural linen stripe

Because the pattern combines both fine pinstripes and somewhat wider dusty-rose bands, “farmhouse ticking-inspired stripe” is particularly accurate.

FRENCH FARMHOUSE & COUNTRY CHARACTER

The faded rose, cream and flax palette has the soft collected quality associated with French-country and traditional cottage interiors.

The fabric works beautifully beside:

• Weathered oak
• Cream-painted furniture
• Natural linen upholstery
• Limestone
• Antique brass
• Wicker
• Rattan
• Vintage ceramics
• Traditional rugs
• Painted cabinetry

The muted colour prevents the design from feeling overly sweet or juvenile.

VERTICAL STRIPES & WINDOW HEIGHT

Vertical striped curtains naturally lead the eye upward.

This makes the fabric especially attractive for:

• Floor-length curtains
• Tall bedroom windows
• Living-room windows
• Dining-room windows
• French doors
• Sliding doors
• High ceilings
• Floor-to-ceiling windows
• Extra-long custom drapes

When the curtains are gathered, the dusty rose, cream, beige and flax stripes alternately disappear into and emerge from the folds.

This gives the finished curtain considerably more depth and movement than the completely flat fabric swatch.

PURE HEAVYWEIGHT LINEN — APPROXIMATELY 294 GSM

The decorative face fabric is PURE LINEN.

The supplied fabric weight is:

403 GRAMS PER LINEAR METRE

on fabric measuring:

54 INCHES WIDE.

54 inches equals approximately 1.3716 metres.

403 grams per linear metre at this width converts to approximately:

294 GSM

or approximately:

294 GRAMS PER SQUARE METRE.

This is substantial curtain-weight pure linen rather than lightweight linen voile or gauze.

The approximately 294 GSM construction provides:

• Excellent fabric body
• A substantial natural fall
• Defined vertical folds
• Rich woven texture
• Strong visual presence
• A premium heavyweight feel
• Suitability for wide windows
• Suitability for floor-length curtains
• Suitability for very tall windows

GENUINE PURE LINEN CHARACTER

Pure linen is made from natural flax fibre.

It should not be expected to have the perfectly uniform surface of synthetic textiles.

Normal characteristics can include:

• Linen slubs
• Slight yarn-thickness variations
• Occasional thicker fibres
• Occasional finer fibres
• Small weave irregularities
• Natural tonal variation
• Tiny flax speckles
• Visible woven texture
• Gentle natural creasing

These are normal characteristics of genuine linen rather than defects.

They contribute to the relaxed organic appearance that makes linen particularly beautiful in farmhouse and natural interiors.

UNLINED — SEMI-SHEER PRIVACY CURTAINS

Choose UNLINED when you want the pure linen in its most natural form.

Although the face fabric is thick and substantial at approximately 294 GSM, natural woven linen can still allow some daylight through its structure when strongly illuminated from behind.

The unlined curtains therefore have a naturally:

SEMI-SHEER / LIGHT-FILTERING / PRIVACY CURTAIN QUALITY.

These are significantly heavier and more substantial than conventional lightweight sheer curtains.

However, unlined natural linen does not provide complete opacity.

The unlined option offers:

• Softly filtered natural daylight
• Moderate daytime privacy
• Maximum visibility of the natural linen texture
• A relaxed organic drape
• Beautiful illumination of the striped design
• A lighter finished window treatment than lined curtains

HOW THE STRIPES APPEAR WHEN BACKLIT

When daylight passes through the fabric:

• Cream areas become softly luminous
• Dusty-rose stripes remain more defined
• Beige stripes appear warm and subtle
• Fine flax pinstripes can become more noticeable

The textile can therefore appear slightly different throughout the day as the strength and direction of natural light changes.

UNLINED PRIVACY NOTE

Strong backlighting may allow silhouettes to remain visible through unlined linen.

At night, privacy can decrease when interior lights are switched on while it is dark outside.

If complete opacity and increased privacy are required, choose the organic cotton light-filtering liner.

ORGANIC COTTON LIGHT-FILTERING LINER

Choose the ORGANIC COTTON LIGHT-FILTERING LINER when you want increased privacy while retaining softly filtered ambient daylight.

The organic cotton liner sits behind the decorative striped pure linen.

This makes the completed curtain completely opaque rather than semi-sheer.

Benefits include:

• Complete visual opacity through the curtain body
• Greater privacy
• Reduced visibility of silhouettes
• Softly filtered daylight
• Additional curtain body
• Fuller-looking folds
• A more substantial finished drape

This option works particularly well for:

• Living rooms
• Bedrooms
• Guest bedrooms
• Dining rooms
• Home offices
• Children's rooms
• Nurseries
• Street-facing windows

Choose organic cotton lining when complete privacy and opacity are important but total darkness is not required.

OEKO-TEX® CERTIFIED 100% BLACKOUT LINER

Choose the OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 CERTIFIED 100% BLACKOUT POLYCOTTON LINER when maximum light blocking is required.

The blackout lining is designed to prevent transmitted light from passing through the curtain body.

This option is particularly suitable for:

• Bedrooms
• Nurseries
• Children's bedrooms
• Guest rooms
• Media rooms
• Home cinemas
• Windows receiving strong morning sunlight
• Rooms affected by street lighting
• Shift workers
• Customers who prefer a dark sleeping environment

The decorative dusty-rose, beige and cream linen remains visible inside the room.

The blackout layer sits behind the decorative face fabric and performs the light-blocking function.

The CURTAIN BODY itself becomes completely blackout.

Please remember that overall room darkness also depends on installation.

Some light may still enter around:

• Outer edges
• Centre opening
• Top
• Bottom

if gaps remain around the curtains.

Generous coverage around the window provides the strongest room-darkening result.

SOLD AS A SINGLE PANEL OR PAIR / SET OF TWO

These curtains can be purchased individually or as a matching pair.

SINGLE PIECE

Selecting SINGLE PIECE means you receive:

ONE FINISHED CURTAIN PANEL.

PAIR / SET OF TWO

Selecting PAIR / SET OF TWO means you receive:

TWO MATCHING FINISHED CURTAIN PANELS.

A pair is normally installed with one curtain on either side of the window.

Please carefully check whether you have selected a single panel or a pair before completing the order.

STANDARD WIDTH OPTIONS

Available standard finished widths are:

• 50 INCHES
• 100 INCHES

The selected width refers to the approximate FLAT FINISHED WIDTH OF EACH INDIVIDUAL CURTAIN before gathering.

CURTAIN FULLNESS

The flat finished width is different from the amount of window space the curtain occupies after gathering.

Curtains generally look fuller and more luxurious when their combined flat width is greater than the width of the curtain pole or track.

The preferred fullness depends on:

• Curtain rod width
• Curtain track width
• Number of panels
• Heading style
• Your preferred amount of gathering

For example:

A PAIR OF 50-INCH-WIDE CURTAINS provides approximately 100 inches of combined flat finished width before gathering.

IMPORTANT — 100-INCH-WIDE CURTAINS

The decorative face linen is approximately 50 inches wide for curtain construction.

Therefore:

EVERY 100-INCH-WIDE CURTAIN WILL BE MADE BY JOINING TWO APPROXIMATELY 50-INCH FABRIC PANELS.

The two fabric widths are professionally sewn together.

This creates one vertical joining seam through the finished 100-inch-wide curtain.

Once the curtain is installed and naturally gathered into folds, this seam is generally BARELY VISIBLE.

Joining multiple fabric widths is a standard professional curtain-making method for producing extra-wide custom curtains.

If you purchase a PAIR of 100-inch-wide curtains, each individual 100-inch curtain will contain its own vertical joining seam.

STRIPE ALIGNMENT AT THE JOIN

Because this textile has a continuously repeating stripe pattern, the two widths will be joined as neatly and attractively as practical.

The stripe arrangement will be considered during construction so the completed panel remains visually balanced.

Once installed and gathered, the joining seam generally settles naturally among the curtain folds and becomes significantly less noticeable.

STANDARD HEIGHT OPTIONS

Finished heights are available from:

36 INCHES TO 180 INCHES

in 12-inch increments.

Available standard heights are:

• 36 inches
• 48 inches
• 60 inches
• 72 inches
• 84 inches
• 96 inches
• 108 inches
• 120 inches
• 132 inches
• 144 inches
• 156 inches
• 168 inches
• 180 inches

This wide range makes the curtains suitable for everything from shorter windows to dramatic floor-to-ceiling installations.

A fabric channel is sewn across the top of the curtain.

• Lower-window privacy
• Natural daylight through the upper glass
• Kitchen window curtains
• Short custom curtains
• Farmhouse half-window curtains
• French-country kitchen curtains

The multi-width ticking stripe works especially well for cafe curtains because the fine rose, beige and cream vertical lines remain visually interesting even on shorter panels.

Custom cafe curtains can be made for:

• Kitchen windows
• Kitchen sink windows
• Breakfast nooks
• Breakfast rooms
• Bathrooms
• Powder rooms
• Laundry rooms
• Utility rooms
• Pantry windows
• Cottage windows

Pair them with:

• Warm-white walls
• Cream sofas
• Oatmeal upholstery
• Natural oak
• Reclaimed timber
• Woven baskets
• Natural stone
• Antique brass
• Handmade pottery

The muted rose provides gentle colour while the cream and flax keep the overall room soft and natural.

FRENCH COUNTRY & FRENCH FARMHOUSE

The stripe is particularly well suited to French-country interiors.

Combine it with:

• Weathered oak
• Cream-painted furniture
• Natural linen upholstery
• Limestone
• Antique brass
• Wicker
• Vintage ceramics

The dusty colour palette gives the fabric the softly faded character associated with collected country interiors.

ENGLISH COUNTRY & COTTAGE INTERIORS

This stripe can be layered beautifully with:

• Botanical textiles
• Floral cushions
• Plaid accents
• Antique timber
• Painted furniture
• Traditional lighting
• Vintage rugs
• Woven baskets

The structured vertical stripe creates balance beside more organic floral patterns.

NURSERY & CHILDREN'S ROOMS

The muted blush colouring is also suitable for nurseries and children's bedrooms.

Unlike a bright juvenile pink, the dusty rose tone has enough beige and natural-flax character to remain sophisticated as the room changes over time.

Pair it with:

• Warm white
• Ivory
• Natural oak
• Cane furniture
• Sage green
• Oatmeal
• Woven baskets
• Neutral rugs

Choose the blackout lining when maximum darkness is required for naps or sleep.

BEDROOM CURTAINS

For bedrooms:

Choose UNLINED for softly filtered natural daylight and maximum natural linen character.

Choose ORGANIC COTTON LINED for complete opacity and greater privacy while retaining softly filtered ambient light.

Choose BLACKOUT LINED when maximum light blocking is required.

ORGANIC MODERN INTERIORS

The genuine pure linen construction also makes these curtains suitable for organic-modern interiors.

Pair them with:

• Pale oak
• Travertine
• Limestone
• Cream boucle
• Natural linen upholstery
• Handmade ceramics
• Rattan
• Woven fibres

The dusty rose introduces gentle warmth while the linen keeps the overall appearance natural.

WARM MINIMAL INTERIORS

The subdued rose-and-neutral palette can also work beautifully in warm-minimal rooms.

Combine with:

• Warm white
• Cream
• Oatmeal
• Beige
• Pale timber
• Natural stone
• Simple furniture
• Matte metal details

The fine stripe creates visual rhythm without adding a loud pattern.

LIVING ROOM CURTAINS

These curtains coordinate especially well with:

• Cream sofas
• Beige upholstery
• Oatmeal linen
• Natural oak
• Walnut
• Travertine
• Limestone
• Antique brass
• Neutral rugs

The dusty rose provides restrained colour while remaining easy to layer with neutral furniture.

DINING ROOM CURTAINS

Pair with:

• Oak dining tables
• Walnut furniture
• Cane chairs
• Cream upholstery
• Brass pendant lights
• Natural ceramics
• Stone
• Woven rugs

The vertical pattern provides subtle architectural structure around the window.

EXTRA-LONG CURTAINS

Standard heights extend up to 180 inches.

This makes the fabric suitable for:

• Floor-to-ceiling windows
• High ceilings
• Double-height rooms
• Tall bedrooms
• Large living rooms
• French doors
• Sliding doors
• Architectural glazing

The uninterrupted vertical stripe is especially graceful across extra-long panels because it naturally reinforces the height of the window.

PATTERN PLACEMENT

Every curtain is individually cut from continuously striped fabric.

The exact position of individual dusty-rose, beige and cream stripes relative to each side edge may vary depending on the selected finished width.

When a pair is ordered, the two curtains will coordinate beautifully, although exact mirror-image stripe placement should not be expected.

COLOR & SCREEN DISCLAIMER

Muted rose and warm neutral colours can change slightly according to lighting.

The primary coloured stripes may appear:

• Dusty rose
• Muted blush pink
• Antique rose
• Rose beige
• Soft clay pink

The lighter secondary stripes may appear:

• Peach beige
• Sand
• Oatmeal
• Natural flax

The ground may appear:

• Cream
• Ivory
• Warm off-white
• Natural linen

Warm artificial lighting may make the rose appear slightly peachier.

Cooler daylight can make it appear dustier and more neutral.

Phone, tablet and computer displays may reproduce these subtle shades differently.

If exact coordination with existing upholstery, wallpaper, paint or cabinetry is important, viewing a physical fabric sample before ordering multiple large custom curtain panels is recommended.

NATURAL CREASING

Pure linen naturally develops creases during folding, handling and shipping.

Many softer creases relax naturally after installation as the curtain hangs under its own weight.

The finished curtains are intended to retain the authentic relaxed character of natural linen rather than appear unnaturally rigid or synthetic.

CARE

Professional dry cleaning is recommended, particularly for lined curtains.

Avoid:

• Aggressive machine washing
• High-temperature washing
• Bleach
• Harsh detergents
• Excessive mechanical agitation

Professional care provides the safest way to preserve the natural linen face fabric, lining and custom finished dimensions.
