MEASURING GUIDE
Inside Mount (inside the window recess)

Measure the height from the top inside of the recess to the sill (or where you want the shade to stop).

We typically deduct a small amount for a smooth fit. If you prefer “snug” or “extra clearance,” mention it.

Outside Mount (outside the window recess)

Decide how much overlap you want on each side (recommended 2–4 in / 5–10 cm per side for better coverage).

Measure total width including overlap.

Measure height from where the shade will sit above the window down to where you want it to stop (often 4–8 in / 10–20 cm above the frame for a taller look).
