Measuring guide for inside recess fitting

Inside recess means the Roman shade will fit within the window opening.

1. Measure the width inside the recess at the top, middle and bottom.

2. Use the smallest of these three width measurements.

3. Measure the drop inside the recess on the left, center and right.

4. Use the longest of these three height measurements.

5. Enter the exact recess size in the order details email.

6. Make sure your window recess has enough depth for a Roman blind.

7. Check for handles or obstructions that may interfere with the blind.

Measuring guide for outside recess fitting

Outside recess means the Roman shade will be mounted outside and above the window opening.

1. Measure the width you want the blind to cover.

2. For better coverage and privacy, add extra width beyond the window opening on both sides if desired.

3. Measure the drop from the top fixing point to where you want the blind to end.

4. Enter the exact finished width and drop in the order details email.

5. This option is great when you want better blackout performance or when the window recess is shallow.
