Measure for your curtains

Enter your width and height together, then apply your measurements.

Size-dropdown widths are flat fabric widths per curtain.

A gathered curtain covers less space than its flat fabric width. Choose fullness below; Grommet/Eyelet and Pinch pleats always need 2× your coverage width.

This selection also updates Heading style on the product page.

Choose your fullness

Multiply the rod / track coverage by your fullness, then divide by the number of curtains.

Photorealistic fullness examples; actual folds vary with fabric and heading.

Measure the usable span of your installed rod or track, from one end of the curtain coverage to the other. Exclude decorative finials.

A pair contains two curtains. The flat fabric width you order is per curtain, not the combined pair. Choosing a curtain count here updates Panel quantity on the product page.

Enter the full measured drop. For Hooks top only, we subtract 1 in (2.54 cm) because the curtain hangs slightly below the rod. Do not deduct it yourself.

Apply your measurements

We select the exact available flat-width × finished-height size, or the closest larger size fitting both dimensions. For a larger size, your exact request is added to Custom sizes / requirements, preserving your own notes. Your curtain-count choice also updates Panel quantity on the product page.

Review your heading and fullness before applying. This updates your selected size but does not add anything to your cart.

Measure the space your curtains will cover

Measure the usable span of your installed rod or track, from one end of the curtain coverage to the other. Exclude decorative finials.

Measure the usable rod or track span—not the window glass or decorative finials.

Example: a 100 in (254 cm) rod, two curtains and 2× fullness need 100 in (254 cm) flat width per curtain.

Flat fabric width before gathering or pleating—not the hanging coverage.

Measure from the top of the rod to your chosen bottom

Measure straight down from the top of your installed curtain rod to where you want the curtains to end. For a track, use the top of the installed track.

Start at the top of the rod or track. Stop at your chosen bottom.

Burgundy Geometric Linen Cotton Curtains, Olive Mustard Mid Century Boho Drapes, Custom Blackout Window Panels — image 1

Burgundy Geometric Linen Cotton Curtains, Olive Mustard Mid Century Boho Drapes, Custom Blackout Window Panels

Product description
Shipping & returns

Bring rich color, substantial woven texture and expressive retro-modern design to your windows with these burgundy geometric linen-cotton curtains. Made from thick and heavy printed fabric, these custom window panels feature large abstract pinwheel and geometric flower motifs in olive green, moss green, pale sage, warm taupe, soft gray and mustard yellow.

The fabric has a deep burgundy, wine-red and muted raspberry background that gives the curtains a dramatic yet earthy appearance. Large multicolored geometric motifs repeat across the surface, while delicate leafy sprigs, hand-drawn outlines and fine linear detailing add an artistic, textile-inspired finish.

The combination of deep wine red with olive, sage, gray and mustard creates a sophisticated color palette that works beautifully in mid-century modern, bohemian, eclectic, maximalist, retro, contemporary and artistic interiors.

Each curtain is individually made to order in your selected width, height, heading style and lining option. The curtains may be purchased as one individual panel or as a coordinated pair or set of two panels.

COLOR AND PATTERN DESCRIPTION

The principal background color is a deep burgundy red with wine, berry, raspberry and muted plum undertones.

Depending on the surrounding light and décor, the background may appear as:

Deep burgundy
Wine red
Muted raspberry
Berry red
Dark rose
Red with subtle plum undertones

The repeating geometric pattern contains:

Olive green
Moss green
Avocado green
Pale sage green
Yellow-green
Warm mustard yellow
Soft taupe
Muted gray
Gray-green
Cream and pale rose linear detailing

The main repeating motif is formed from approximately eight angular sections radiating from a central point.

Depending on how the pattern is viewed, the design may resemble:

A geometric flower
A rotating pinwheel
An abstract starburst
A patchwork rosette
A stylized quilt block
A modern botanical flower
A mid-century geometric emblem

Most of the angular sections are printed in varying shades of olive, sage, moss and soft gray. One mustard-yellow section adds a warm contrasting accent within the predominantly green motif.

The surrounding burgundy background contains fine pale lines, irregular rectangular framing and delicate botanical sprigs. These smaller leafy elements appear mainly in olive and sage green and help soften the strong angular shapes.

The light-colored linework is intentionally irregular rather than mechanically perfect. This gives the design a hand-drawn, block-printed or artisan textile appearance.

Fine horizontal markings are visible inside the colored geometric sections, allowing the woven linen-cotton texture to remain part of the design. The result is tactile and softly weathered rather than smooth, glossy or digitally flat.

The palette is bold but earthy. The burgundy background provides richness and depth, while the olive and sage sections keep the design grounded. Mustard yellow introduces a smaller warm highlight, and the gray and taupe areas balance the stronger colors.

FABRIC COMPOSITION, TEXTURE AND WEIGHT

These curtains are made from thick and heavy printed linen-cotton fabric with a clearly visible woven surface.

The supplied fabric weight is 403 grams per linear metre based on a fabric width of 54 inches. This converts to approximately 294 GSM.

The substantial fabric weight gives the curtains:

A fuller and more structured drape
More body than lightweight cotton curtains
Well-defined natural folds
A thick and premium hand feel
Greater visual coverage
A rich woven texture
A strong decorative presence on large windows
A more substantial appearance when lined

The linen-cotton construction provides the natural, slightly irregular appearance associated with linen together with the softer character of cotton.

The visible weave works particularly well with the sketch-like outlines and textured color blocks in this design.

Minor variations in yarn thickness, weave, surface texture or print absorption may occasionally be visible. These are normal characteristics of textured linen-cotton fabric and contribute to its natural appearance.

SINGLE CURTAIN OR PAIR OF TWO CURTAINS

These curtains can be purchased as:

One individual curtain panel

or

A pair or set of two matching curtain panels

Please check the selected quantity carefully before placing your order.

Every width and height shown in the listing refers to the finished measurement of each individual curtain.

For example:

If you order one 50-inch-wide curtain, you will receive one curtain measuring approximately 50 inches wide.

If you order a pair of 50-inch-wide curtains, you will receive two separate curtains measuring approximately 50 inches wide each.

A pair of two 50-inch-wide curtains provides a combined flat width of approximately 100 inches before gathering.

AVAILABLE CURTAIN WIDTHS

Each individual curtain is available in the following standard finished widths:

50 inches wide — approximately 127 cm

100 inches wide — approximately 254 cm

The selected width is the flat finished width of each curtain before it is gathered or arranged into folds on the curtain rod or track.

The curtain will cover a smaller horizontal area once gathered.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT 100-INCH-WIDE CURTAINS

The original printed fabric is approximately 54 inches wide.

Every finished curtain measuring 100 inches wide will therefore be made by carefully joining two approximately 50-inch-wide fabric sections.

A professionally sewn vertical joining seam will be present near the middle of every 100-inch-wide curtain.

The seam will be neatly finished and is generally barely visible after the curtain has been installed, gathered and arranged into natural folds.

The following features help the joining seam blend into the finished curtain:

The large geometric pattern
The dark burgundy background
The textured woven surface
The fine irregular linework
The natural folds created when installed

The two fabric sections will be positioned and aligned as carefully as the pattern repeat allows.

However, because this is a large-scale abstract design, exact continuation of every geometric shape across the seam cannot always be guaranteed.

When a pair of two 100-inch-wide curtains is ordered, each individual curtain will contain its own vertical joining seam.

AVAILABLE CURTAIN HEIGHTS

Standard finished heights are available from 36 inches to 180 inches in 12-inch increments:

36 inches — approximately 91 cm
48 inches — approximately 122 cm
60 inches — approximately 152 cm
72 inches — approximately 183 cm
84 inches — approximately 213 cm
96 inches — approximately 244 cm
108 inches — approximately 274 cm
120 inches — approximately 305 cm
132 inches — approximately 335 cm
144 inches — approximately 366 cm
156 inches — approximately 396 cm
168 inches — approximately 427 cm
180 inches — approximately 457 cm

The selected height is the finished curtain length measured from the top of the chosen heading to the bottom hem.

CUSTOM-SIZE CURTAINS

Custom widths and heights can be produced when your required dimensions do not match the available standard options.

To order a custom size:

1. Measure the exact finished width required for each individual curtain.

2. Measure the exact finished height required.

3. Select the next available standard size that is larger than your required measurements.

4. Enter the exact required width and height in the order details email.

5. Clearly state whether the measurements are in inches or centimetres.

6. Mention whether you require one curtain or a pair of two curtains.

7. Enter the required heading style.

8. Enter the required lining option.

9. Add any other important installation or customization information.

For example:

If you require each curtain to measure 47 inches wide by 91 inches high, select the 50-inch-wide by 96-inch-high option.

Then enter the exact required finished size of 47 inches wide by 91 inches high in the order details email.

Please select a standard listing size that is equal to or larger than the customized measurements requested.

A smaller paid size cannot be selected for a larger requested curtain.

Write your measurements clearly as:

Width × Height per individual curtain

Personalization example:

“Pair of two curtains. Each curtain 48 inches wide × 94 inches high. Hooks top. Organic cotton light-filtering liner.”

FOUR AVAILABLE HEADING STYLES

These curtains can be made with one of the following four heading styles:

HOOKS TOP

Hooks top curtains are made with curtain heading tape sewn across the back of the upper section.

This heading style is compatible with both curtain rods and curtain tracks.

For installation on a curtain track, the curtain hooks attach to compatible track gliders.

For installation on a curtain rod, the hooks attach to curtain rings fitted with suitable loops or eyelets.

Hooks top is a versatile option for:

Ceiling-mounted curtain tracks
Wall-mounted curtain tracks
Curtain rods fitted with rings
Tall windows
Wide windows
Floor-to-ceiling curtains
Extra-long curtains
Curtains requiring adjustable gathering

The heading tape allows the fabric to be gathered and arranged according to the desired fullness.

BACK TABS

Back tabs are fabric loops sewn discreetly onto the back of the curtain heading.

The curtain rod passes through the concealed tabs, allowing the fabric to form soft and evenly spaced folds.

The hanging method remains hidden when viewed from the front, creating a clean and tailored appearance.

Back tabs are especially suitable when you want the printed burgundy geometric fabric to remain the main visual feature.

Back-tab curtains are compatible with curtain rods.

They are not intended for direct installation on a standard curtain track.

ROD POCKET

A fabric channel is sewn across the upper edge of the curtain.

The curtain rod slides directly through this pocket, creating a soft and naturally gathered heading.

Rod-pocket curtains have a relaxed appearance and are compatible with standard curtain rods.

This heading style works particularly well for:

Living-room curtains
Bedroom curtains
Guest-room curtains
Kitchen curtains
Breakfast-area curtains
Short window curtains
Custom café curtains

Rod-pocket curtains are not designed for direct installation on a standard curtain track.

GROMMETS

Metal eyelets are installed across the upper edge of the curtain.

The curtain rod passes directly through the grommet openings, producing broad and evenly spaced vertical folds.

Grommet curtains create a clean contemporary appearance and can be opened or closed easily by hand.

They are compatible with curtain rods but are not suitable for standard curtain tracks.

Please ensure that your curtain rod diameter is compatible with the grommet opening.

HEADING STYLE PERSONALIZATION

The required heading style must be entered in the order details email.

Please enter one of the following:

Hooks top
Back tabs
Rod pocket
Grommets

The heading style cannot be determined from the selected curtain size alone.

If the heading preference is not provided, production may be delayed while we contact you for confirmation.

THREE AVAILABLE LINING OPTIONS

These curtains may be ordered unlined or with one of two different liners.

UNLINED

The unlined option preserves the natural movement, woven texture and gently filtered-light appearance of the linen-cotton fabric.

Although the fabric is thick and heavy, an unlined curtain may appear semi-sheer when strong daylight is directly behind it.

Unlined curtains provide:

Softly filtered natural light
Moderate daytime privacy
A natural and relaxed drape
Maximum visibility of the woven texture
A gentle glow through the printed colors
A lighter overall curtain construction

The burgundy background and green geometric sections may appear slightly brighter when direct sunlight passes through the unlined fabric.

Privacy may be reduced at night when interior lights are switched on.

A liner is recommended for bedrooms, street-facing windows and rooms requiring stronger privacy.

ORGANIC COTTON LIGHT-FILTERING LINER

The organic cotton light-filtering liner adds body, opacity and additional privacy while continuing to allow softly filtered daylight into the room.

This option is designed to make the finished curtains opaque under normal conditions and prevent the room or window from being easily visible through the fabric.

The organic cotton liner is suitable for customers who require:

Greater privacy
A fuller and more substantial drape
An opaque curtain appearance
Softly filtered natural light
A natural-fiber lining option
Reduced visibility from outside
Additional structure behind the printed fabric

The organic cotton liner is suitable for:

Living rooms
Dining rooms
Bedrooms
Guest rooms
Home offices
Street-facing rooms
Nurseries where complete darkness is not required

This liner is light filtering rather than blackout.

It softens incoming daylight but does not create complete darkness.

100% BLACKOUT OEKO-TEX CERTIFIED LINER

The blackout option includes a non-toxic OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified polycotton liner made from:

50% cotton
50% polyester

The term “100% blackout” describes the liner’s light-blocking performance rather than its fiber composition.

This liner is designed to block incoming light through the curtain fabric.

The blackout option is recommended for:

Bedrooms
Nurseries
Children’s rooms
Guest bedrooms
Media rooms
Home theatres
Shift workers
Bright street-facing windows
Rooms exposed to early-morning sunlight
Spaces requiring maximum privacy
Rooms requiring complete darkness

For the best blackout performance, the curtains should extend beyond the top and sides of the window.

They should also have enough combined width to close fully without gaps.

The liner blocks light through the curtain itself. A small amount of light may still enter around the top, bottom or sides depending on the curtain rod, track and installation position.

LINING PERSONALIZATION

Please enter one of the following lining choices in the order details email:

Unlined
Organic cotton light-filtering liner
100% blackout OEKO-TEX liner

Please ensure that the written lining request matches the option selected while placing the order.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE CORRECT CURTAIN WIDTH

The width shown in the listing is the flat finished width of each individual curtain before gathering.

The combined curtain width should be wider than the usable width of the rod or track so that the fabric can form attractive folds when closed.

A combined flat curtain width of approximately 1.5 to 2 times the rod or track width generally produces a naturally gathered appearance.

The amount of fullness required will depend on:

The selected heading style
The width of the rod or track
How dense you want the folds to appear
Whether the curtains open from the center or one side
Whether the curtains should overlap in the middle
The amount of stacking space beside the window

For example:

A pair of 50-inch-wide curtains provides a combined flat width of approximately 100 inches.

When ordering a custom pair, provide the finished width required for each individual curtain rather than only the combined measurement.

Write:

“Two curtains, each 54 inches wide”

rather than:

“Total width 108 inches.”

HOW TO MEASURE THE WIDTH

Measure the complete usable width of the installed curtain rod or track.

Do not measure only the window glass unless the rod or track is exactly the same width.

Include any part of the rod or track extending beyond the sides of the window frame.

Decide whether you require:

One curtain opening toward one side

or

A pair of curtains opening from the center.

Allow sufficient total width for gathering and for a slight center overlap when the curtains are closed.

HOW TO MEASURE THE HEIGHT

Measure from the position where the top of the finished curtain will sit to the position where you want the bottom hem to finish.

Possible finished curtain lengths include:

Window-sill length
Below-sill length
Apron length
Floor length
Slightly above the floor
Lightly touching the floor
Puddled onto the floor

For hooks-top curtains, measure according to the final hook, ring or track position.

For back-tab and rod-pocket curtains, measure according to where the upper edge of the curtain will sit on the rod.

For grommet curtains, remember that a small section of fabric extends above the grommet opening.

Please provide the required finished curtain height rather than only the height of the window glass.

CUSTOM CAFÉ CURTAINS

This burgundy geometric linen-cotton fabric can also be made into custom café curtains, short kitchen curtains, tier curtains or half-window panels.

Café curtains cover the lower section of a window while leaving the upper section open for natural daylight.

The burgundy, olive and mustard pattern makes this fabric particularly suitable for distinctive café curtains in:

Kitchen windows
Breakfast nooks
Dining areas
Pantry windows
Bathroom windows
Utility rooms
Creative studios
Small apartment windows
Cabinet openings
Under-counter storage areas
Decorative doorway openings

Rod pocket and hooks top are particularly practical heading styles for many café-curtain installations.

To order café curtains, select the next available standard size larger than your required dimensions and enter the exact finished width and height in the order details email.

PATTERN PLACEMENT

Every curtain is individually cut from a continuous length of repeating printed fabric.

The exact position of the geometric motifs will vary according to:

The selected curtain width
The selected curtain height
The point where the fabric is cut
The location of the pattern repeat
Whether the curtain contains a joining seam

The finished curtain may therefore show a different number or arrangement of geometric motifs from the listing photographs.

When a pair is ordered, the two curtains will be coordinated as closely as the fabric repeat allows.

Exact mirrored pattern placement cannot be guaranteed.

For 100-inch-wide curtains, the pattern will be aligned across the central joining seam as carefully as reasonably possible.
