MEASURING GUIDE (STEP-BY-STEP)
Inside Recess (inside mount)

1. Measure the exact recess width at the top. Do not make any deductions
2. Measure the exact recess width at the top. Do not make any deductions
3. Measure the inside drop/height from the top inside edge of the recess to the sill (or to where you want the shade to end).
4. Check recess depth to ensure there is enough depth for an inside mount.
Tip: For inside mount, provide the exact recess width measured at the top and the exact recess height, without deductions.

Outside Recess (outside mount)

1. Measure the width of the area you want to cover.
2. Add extra width for better light coverage and privacy (commonly 2–4 inches / 5–10 cm on each side, when space allows).
3. Measure the drop from above the window frame to the desired end point (sill, below sill, or full coverage).
Tip: Outside mount is best if you want maximum light blocking and better side coverage.
